I think both are possible but quite unlikely. Why would Russia want full control of the company, Putin already has control here through Oligarch holding.
The only reason to delist I can see is Boris announcing all Russian companies off the Stock Market ( which would be open to legal action and would be damaging to the City )

The LSE doesn't suspend trading for political reasons, we are not Russia or China. Talking of which Russia,China and India will be the buyers of our Gold if sanctions include PM miners.

Because of strong selling in the high 99 range. 5% rise in a day is good for CEY perhaps traders ( read Blackrock ) think it could drop back a bit.Not if POG goes through $1965 INMHO !

I am a trained soldier, haven't trained with an AK and haven't done any battle drills with the Ukranians. I think we have all seen how easy it is to fire at people on your own side, blue on blue. They could do more harm than good, unless its special forces which again starts WWIII.
Any thoughts on Luz Truss's new voice or why she has dilli dallied on UKEF for the Falklands ?

Ben Wallace might be ok but you might need to take another look at Liz Truss, her saying she backs Brits going out to fight for Ukraine is Illegal but also wreckless as they would have had no training ( or if they had not be able to fight as part of a cohesive unit ) they would just be handed an AK ( which are wildly inaccurate and kick like a mule ) and sent off to die. Also having a group of UK citizens fighting against Russia with Government backing ( think mercenaries ) could very easily spark WWIII.
Her comments were wreckless foolish and she knows not of what she speaks.
How can you take anyone seriously who puts on a deep voice like a pre adolescent boy wishing his voice had broken so he would sound more commanding. She should stick to her comments about cheese. Whats more she never answered my question about UKEF and the Falklands Basin.

A number of Cental Banks have been buying gold, but notably China and Russia, I beleive this is to challenge the Petro-Dollar, with talk of a Gold Backed Petro-Yuan going back some years. Looks like now could be the time this plan is put into action.
