Avovet...........you keep repeating yourself and stating the obvious. Of course there is pent up demand for folk to get away on holiday but can you honestly see any part of Europe opening this year? Until we start seeing any form of relaxation in travel restrictions this is only going to drift lower.
One day it will go boom as restrictions are lifted, then and only then will this be a reasonable punt. I am in no rush to buy yet.

It is pretty clear for all to see that no one will be taking a foreign holiday any time soon. The longer that is the situation this will just continue it’s drift down.
I said weeks ago I would not be buying before we reached 300p I may now in the light of the present increased restrictions adjust that a bit lower.
As for you still being well in profits with your RI shares after the dilution of your initial holding I really doubt that.
One day this will come good but no one on here will influence the price no matter what they write. Good luck and best wishes, in the long term should TUI survive you will do OK with your hopdimgs.

Just passed the 100% profit stage so taken out my original £10K stake and will let the other “free” £10k enjoy the ride.

Wolf..........de risked from most of my travel stocks at the mo. Still have a few K in EZY, IAG and SAGA but been nibbling away each week at some profits to spread around elsewhere. I am still waiting for TUI to fall to 250 then hopefully pick those up at a bargain price. In the meantime I am going for safety with builders and banks and having a bit of fun with GDR where in only a few weeks I am nearly 100% up. Maybe about time I sold my original investment and kept the rest as free shares to see where we will end up.

Aimtitan........I have been back in for a few weeks now. As they say let the trend be your friend and I liked the way this continued to tick up on general red days across the market.

I have been saying for months now that a cruise to nowhere will be the first steps most cruise companies start getting back to sea......what better way to eventually escape this covid crap than a luxury floating hotel in the sun. I am convinced that a high % of cruise punters never bother getting off the ship anyway when ships did actually stop each day.
I hear Carnival have started to look at this and Hurtigruten are already advertising some departing Dover with various at sea itineraries planned.
The big problem at the moment that most cruise companies have is getting their staff family back aboard as most live in every 4 corner of the earth.

This is a rock solid company with a good order book. Another great safe covid recovery stock that has been well oversold. No reason why in the next 24 months we cannot double our money from here.

Great results always end up with folk taking a quick profit. Do not fear the results speak for themselves. This will bounce back over the next week as folk realise what a divi paying bargain it is. I just topped up with another £10K as longer term we all know 700p will not be too far away.

Masaimara......you say the de rampers have no idea about the Company!! Feck man what are you smoking, we all now it is a travel company and we also know no one will be travelling abroad anytime soon.
I have been sitting on the fence here for the past 2 months in the hope we can get some good news and see some upside. Sadly it seems no good news will be coming anytime soon. I have £10K to chuck at this but l now feel my target price of 300p is probably over priced now as additional travel restrictions have been announced today. It may be a few months before I feel this will be a safe buy....and a safe buy it certainly will be one day but not now holding my breath.

The UK really rattling along at full speed with the vaccination program but that really is not the issue here.We really need the rest of Europe to match our progress because until that happens no one will be re opening their borders for holidays. It looks more like a year of holiday staycations, I think we are all slowly coming to realise that.

Enough equity to reach Summer! That is the big gamble now, will summer 2021 happen? This really is a roulette call now. I may miss the boat as to speak but I still am nit ready to commit any hard cash. Still too many other good opportunities around. Still sitting on the fence.

Looking like my top up yesterday was a good move.......as they say the worm has turned, this was well oversold and anyone buying in around 6p will double their money in a relatively quick time. Once news comes this moves fast, would not be the first time we have seen a 50% gain in a day. So much potential here, one of those shares you have to be in to win.

Topped up another £10k early doors.....I really feel that this will leg back up soon and pass its previous high as the price of copper moves up towards $9600 as most seem to be forecasting.
Copper will continue to be in short supply as EV manufacturing is ramped up over the next year or so.

One gets a feeling this will bounce back very quickly towards the £3 mark. No reason why we should not realise that by the end of February. Anyone buying at these depressed levels should be handsomely rewarded with both dividends and capital gains in the months and years to come.
