Come on monty5662. You're in touch with Aidan. It's no good speaking to Tom as he is in Manchester. This needs to be done properly in Manila. It will look a bl**dy mess otherwise in no time at all and end up with dozens of locations cluttering the App/website that will never have more than 1 or 2 restaurants eventually.
A simple fix to the location problems on the website is to merge half of them.
The location list on the website still hasn't been sorted out. It might only be that 22% of users book via the website but that is still quite a lot. Out of every 50,000 downloads that is still 11,000. It is not good policy to p*ss of more than 1/5th of all customers. Wake up Big Dish.
Maybe someone could email the management here and suggest that some of the smaller locations be merged with the bigger towns/cities as otherwise, this will get out of control.
For example, Bushey can be merged with Watford, Cowbridge with Cardiff, LLandovery with Swansea, Livingston with Edinburgh, Selby with York, etc, etc
The key is usually in the postcode but if the location allocation is all being done in Manila then they probably won't know this.
There is a Wildwood in Cambridge added which I was including but the existing restaurant that was previously in Cambridgeshire and then went to Cambridge gas gone missing.
Some people confusing February with Q3 - Q3 means third quarter which starts in July. February is month two so still five whole months to go before Q3.
Also as more and more come on board so revenue will increase.
If someone wants to be useful here - maybe monty5662 - I've noticed that the second most booked restaurant in London is Saucy in St Pancras. A search reveals that Saucy has another restaurant in London in Acton and it might be a good idea to sign them up too.
I think the first one was signed by the TM's so the telesales wouldn't realise there is another.
I can imagine that as time goes on the most booked restaurants in London will start to bring in some sizeable revenue.
We all know that most of Trump's post are just plain bunkum. One minute he's bashing the sh*t out of this share and then he's all over it like a bad rash. Total deramp v's mad ramp.
But check his post at 15.43pm last Friday:
"Shareprice should get a good boost Monday on the release of the align research report, and people begin to sit up and take notice of the tremendous potential on offer here"
and his posts on 27th January:
"Report due this week could also coincide with an update regarding chains / partnerships."
and: "Could be overdone as mm needs shares ready for the imminent updates due this week"
and: "More positive updates due this week as we welcome almost 400 restaurants to the platform."
No-one else mentioned or was expecting to get an update. He seemed to know that an update was imminent and the date of the research report was coming out.
With more flexible discount options Big Dish will get more restaurants joining the platform, more discounted seats offered and more revenue per diner. What is there not to like.
If anyone wants to copy my post or at least the important points from it and send them to Aidan then feel free.
I know that RonaldTrump has been in touch with the management recently as he knew and posted that there was an RNS due on Monday and also that the Align report was out on Monday as well. Someone must have told him.
Big Dish should not be bossing these restaurants around. They need to work with them. At least give the restaurants a chance to vary their discounts and offer lower discounts if it makes feel happier and then if they still want to give 50% off all day 7 days a week then that's up to them and at least they won't be able to accuse Big Dish of bullying them.
