What the figures/locations show is that this is not being handled very well.

Of the locations with more than 10 restaurants Birmingham, Bournemouth, Brighton, Bristol. Leicester and Southampton were all done by the TM's.

The telesales team has added to London - up from 25 to 86 - and added 20 in Manchester but apart from those 2 locations, the rest is a real mess.

Of course, it is a great improvement on the previous attempt at a nationwide roll-out but still shows that Big Dish is bugged by very poor management and the ability to make hard work of the simplest of tasks. The current restaurant/location list is an absolute shambles.

I did say it looked like sign-ups were slowing down yesterday and got a torrent of abuse for my thoughts...........................

so I'm still on 2 for the day. See if spero can see any that I'm missing. Also still time for late in the day additions.

I can't see many new additions today. Maybe spero can find some.

Okay, I just check every day and don't have a running numbers check going on all day long. So Bournemouth was 37 Friday am and is 36 today. Overall total I agree is 465.

Take the 4 Unico from the daily total of 8 and that leaves only 4 new additions which is poor.

Not to worry though, as the share price is moving up today - at last - 3.60p paid.

Do I care? No, like heck. The share price will rise on increasing restaurant numbers and I'll be long gone before the question of revenue rears it's ugly head.

Slipshod effort - like the poor allocation of restaurants to locations which is another thing Aidan has not noticed - and the lack of range of discounts available to the restaurants.

I cannot believe that 79 out of 104 locations only have 1 or 2 restaurants per location. That is very poor. The telesales must be just reporting overall numbers and locations to Aidan and he just isn't looking at it in greater depth.

Every one of those locations is on already.

No wonder only 22% of bookings are on the website as you can only book up to 2 seats. That is very poor.

There's nothing wrong. I'm probably just being a bit fussy.

Having looked at the locations even if they were a little more concise there would still be about 50 so it doesn't really matter.

I'd have thought maybe the telesales would have targeted the bigger cities first as that is always the way to get a name for the company - and more downloads. It doesn't really matter though. They'll get to them eventually.

Eatigo have 5350 restaurants in 15 locations at an average of 350+ per location.

Big Dish has 424 restaurants in 100 locations at an average of 4.24 restaurants per location.

Spot the difference - apart from Eatigo having a lot more restaurants. Of course and even though the Eatigo restaurants are spread over 8 countries it is no different as no-one who lives in Aberdeen is ever going to use a restaurant in Canterbury or Plymouth. These towns and cities are all entirely independent and are no different to Eatigo's.

The way they are adding single restaurants to multiple locations is the worst possible way as far as revenue is concerned. It is a disaster for revenue generation.

If there are 40 restaurants in Brighton or Birmingham then someone will come across the App and give one of them a try. If they like it and the discount they will try another and another and so on taking advantage of all the local restaurants. They will then tell friends and family who will try one and then another and so on. Revenue builds.

But with one restaurant in Coventry and one in Cardiff no-one is going to even find the App and if they did there is a choice of one restaurant to try. One meal and they've done it all.

The difference in revenue between 1000 restaurants in 10 cities and 1000 restaurants in 250 towns and cities will be absolutely gigantic. Basically company making or company breaking.

Can the Big Dish management see this? No. Tom is CEO but just a telesales manager and the directors in Manila just don't give a damn.

All of these locations with just 1 or 2 restaurants will result in a huge flop. Just as well it's not costing much in the way of funding.

It is quite obvious that anyone who doesn't think that the way the restaurants are being added to the platform is totally bonkers - ie. ronaldtrump and havealot - haven't even looked at the App/website .

The latest locations alongside Leeds, Liverpool, Sheffield, etc are Englefield Green, Woodford Green, and Pontefract. I have heard of Woodford Green and I believe that it is in London and while Pontefract is I'm sure a very nice place and famous for licorice it is not a stand-alone location.

It is alarming how poorly this is being done.

Maybe Aidan should ask the telesales team to do the locations from now on - ie suggest to which location a new restaurant be allocated.

Penarth added yesterday has simply got to be added to the existing Cardiff location.

This is making Big Dish look a big joke.

It doesn't need "a complete overhaul of the search functionality within the App" to place Penarth into the existing Cardiff location stupid.

The way this is being handled shows a complete lack of knowledge of UK geography and is embarrassing Big Dish. It is making them look a complete joke.

The problem with Big Dish is that there is always something to complain about. They are never on top of the game but always one step behind. Hence why the share price is still lower than the IPO price by nearly 50%. In 18 months they have gone from one bad move to the next without even noticing it. And they still closed down Big Dish Asia without even informing the shareholders. It just shows Aidan and co don't give a damn.

It doesn't really matter as eventually this company will come completely unstuck over the lack of revenue anyway. Just like Bidstack. Big Dish have lost revenue not doing a discount card scheme and they have lost revenue not doing yield management. They have completely fudged it and don't really know what they are doing.

This locations c*ck-up is appalling. It isn't bad, it's awful. And very amateurish with the intention of meaning the opposite of professional.

Ignoring that the sign-ups are just appearing completely at random anywhere in the UK, they are then randomly allocated to a location with no geographical sense at all. It is pathetic and looks dreadful. That is one way not to run a successful App.

Aidan and his tech team in Manila may think they can get away with making a slipshod job of this but they cannot.
