RE: Great To See Warrants Coming Into Play Early28 May 2026 09:01
So on thinking about it I'm beginning conclude that these warrants have been exercised far too early - ie when the share price was too low.
I know there is no hard and fast rule for exercising warrants, and half the time they appear to be issued by companies on a whim and are never even likely to get exercised, but if they are then it generally needs the share price to be considerably higher than the exercise price - in this instance a share price of 10p, 15p or even 20p would have been a good time to exercise these 5p warrants. Then the extra shares cause very little dilution and can easily be sold without dragging down the share price. Doing it early like this when the share price was barely over 5p is risking dragging the share price right back down as is happening today. I suppose that exercising them when the share price is barely higher than the exercise price does show a vote of confidence in the project but what good is that if they are just keeping the share price tied down all over again.
As for the results, please wake up management. The Interim Results were published on Monday 27th October 2025 (this was the results after the previous suspension) and the end of the month was on Friday 31st October. Why could they not have done the same with the 2016 Full Year results as they are obviously aware that there is a lot of bad history here over the long delays and generally poor management. Silly error.
