If anyone is in contact with management could they remind them that the Aberdeen local lockdown restrictions have now been lifted. They took the Aberdeen restaurants off the platform straight away when the restrictions were placed but they've been lifted for a least a week now. Unfortunately, sloppy behaviour doesn't go hand in hand with a successful business.

On another note, I see that Wildwood restaurants are now offering full discounts - 25% and 50%.

Funding wasn't an issue last year. The placing on 6th June 2019 was at 7.2p, despite the share price at the end of April (about 5 weeks earlier) being only about 2p and mid-May (3 weeks earlier) being around 3p.

My prediction for the next similar size placing would be about 11p.

I see that the Noodle Bar, Chianti and La Stalla, traditionally the most booked restaurants in the Bournemouth area, have now got their discounted seats available. Previously, before today, they were showing "No available seats" and were not giving any discounts beyond the Eat Out to Help Out scheme. Now they are offering discounts ranging from 20% to 50%.

All we need now is a $10Million funding from Trip Advisor or equivalent.

At that time eatigo had been going for 2 or 3 years, and had only 700 restaurants in Thailand and Singapore. They had already had a $5Million investment.

Shelter Hall Raw is set up by former 5-year managing director of deliveroo, Dan Warne.

This only opened on 4th July this year so they have been signed to the platform very quickly - at least compared to the speed of the old Big Dish.

The only problem is that it doesn't seem to be linked for bookings.

London is now 286 - was 276 yesterday - with probably more to add as it is still early. Also more locations - it might be 3 more as I get 483 against yesterday's 480.

Restaurants are still being added here. Spero said London was 270 yesterday and there are 275 on there today. Plus I think one more location.

It also seems to be very clear that Open Table are finding it very difficult to get restaurants back on board, and putting that into perspective it appears that Big Dish going from 625 restaurants pre-Covid to 2100 plus now is an excellent achievement.

I think that all of the belly-aching about Big Dish not charging for a few months needs to stop now. Open Table are market leaders in restaurant bookings (though they are pretty crap at discounted offers) and they are doing exactly the same.

Open Table are offering:

No subscription fees through the end of the 2020
No cover fees through the end of 2020

but:

Just to be thoroughly decent they add:

Open Table are also waiving/reducing fees and cover charges to get the restaurants back open and the customers booking.

I think this puts everything into perspective and that Big Dish are going about this the right way.

Also it appears that Open Table have very few restaurants up and running as yet. Looking at Bournemouth for example, of the 76 restaurants listed only 3 are offering any seats at all. And these are not discounted seats but just seats that can be booked. Harvesters and Toby Carvery, etc, do not link through to their own websites and have no booking availability.

£50 per month seems cheap. Open Table charge $249 -roughly £200 - plus a cover charge for every seat booked.

I see some idiot has deleted my earlier post - wonder who that was.

Anyway, I would have thought that 5p/6p would be a fair price here. If business was as normal then 2100 restaurants could give a share price of anything from 15p to 20p. Allowing for the free deal then 5p/6p would still be a fair share price, especially when you look at the quality of the restaurants that have been added to the platform over the last two weeks. Quality alone should ensure a fair share price.

I think that all the chains are on now. We were told there were 1850 joining, which when added to the 50 Wildwood and DimT and the 200 or so independents gives about 2100 which is the current figure.

More locations and more restaurants - it looks like Bakers and Baristas are being added as some are on now but others are still to be added.

I think 480 locations. 254 in London. Must be over 2100 restaurants altogether.

It would be nice to see the share price rise soon.

Thanks for the restaurant count. More than I can manage at the moment. The total restaurants seems to be creeping up by over 10 per day. Still no sign of Bakers and Baristas though.

Kingston upon Thames also wraps to two lines. As does Newcastle under Lyme.

Ellesmere Port in on twice but neither has any restaurants.

Aberdeen has been taken off as they are on local lockdown. That had about 10 or 11 previously.

Right now it's 3 columns X 119 and one column X 116 with 3 wrapped over 2 lines but the total is still 470!!!!

I make it about 515 restaurants still have the red Big Dish logo and I think you will find that these are all part of Mitchells and Butlers. Nicholsons are there too, along with the other 3 brands.
