RE: Why £5 million ????22 Dec 2020 16:49
I wish all these posters would just give up on all this ranting against the BOD here. There isn't going to be a short squeeze. The placing shares will be issued in the morning. They didn't need shareholder approval. Just accept it, for goodness sake. Who needs to know what they will do with the money. They have it now and that is final.
As for the warrants, unless the share price rises considerably above 2p they will never be exercised and will exist on paper for 3 months and then expire. No dilution, no up to £8 Million (which the mass of posters here really don't want). They will be forgotten about. Unless of course the share price rises to between 4p and 10p, in which case they will mostly be exercised and poor old Dr Cave will have his holding diluted further. Though there will be some good news for him in that his holding will be worth several times what it is worth today, though I expect he will find that annoying too!!!
