On Frr offloading whatever is under their control then as previous.
Frr claimed to have invested around $500M of which would have thought would be the minimum they would want for it & should work out at something like 2.5p per share on the 16B shares that was in issue.
So if this does go the way we hope then the 2.5p looks excellent, but overall would think that Frr would have a higher price in their minds.

On my post yesterday. On how Frr would look once all legal cases are sorted.
My way of thinking, is that Frr cannot continue, as previous.
So on above being along right lines then we have some more drilling at good pace with financial backing already in place then sell up or if lucky Frr is sold on without anymore drilling.

Reads very positive & just might all be cleared up by start of 3rd qtr of this year.
Would also say that it also still looks to me that the only thing we have to think on will be what Frr looks like when all legal cases are cleared up.

4yrs + down the line & everything does seem to be happening in a positive direction.
On above being completed whatever recovery there is for Frr. Will it involve shareholders & at the moment I am thinking it will. Next will be how good a recovery will it be & on that one. I & sure many, if not all would much prefer Frr assets to be sold on sometime in 2024.

The 2p mark would be below what Frr have stated that they invested in Georgia.
So, if things really do go a positive way for us. Lets hope on around the 2.5p mark of which should be around the equivalent of the $500K as a minimum buy out.

Think back before delist.
Frr had claimed to have something in region of 200 tcf of gas.
Agree that relist is very unlikely going on what has come about over last 4yrs & much better that it stays private until it is sold of which would be not to far into 2024.

Even though it looked nailed on. It is great to know that the judge has now signed it off.
As Monti mentioned at end of his post. Now we wait & see what happens with few other cases & if it will be revealed what sort of deal was agreed with Hope.

Have previously mentioned few times that if Frr are to sort everything out on legal side of things of which at moment is looking very much on positive side.
If though after above being achieved & Frr have no major backing then Frr would be dead in the water.
On there being the backing then we would hope that there is a very good possibility of Frr being sold sometime in 2024.

Excellent news on the Caliafornia case & as we all know without Looed we would still have been mainly in the dark on what is/has happened over last few years.

Now we are 4yrs down the road of Frr being private & no contact from them then I am very pleased Looed, is on this bb giving us some excellent info of which we would never would have had.
All we can do, is hope that all of this. Is coming to close & we can start to get news straight from Frr.

On what Frr have as far as oil & gas, is concerned. Would think that they probably would need to carry out more drilling & prove extraction of the oil & gas.
On that last point hopefully the method that BLOE have used on extraction will work out for Frr.

I would also much prefer that Frr was just sold off.
Overall, if above can happen then there would likely be at least somewhere between 6mths - 1yr wait from when Frr announce all legal issues have been dealt with.

Hopefully one of the cases out of the way & as mentioned earlier by WHamBoy not long to find out about the California case.
If agreement can be reached on the Caliafornia case then the other cases that are left. would think that they should not cause to much of a problem.
