Would seriously think that the Indian company that is Syn's JV partner would not want to be waiting for 6mths to get official approval.

So would hope that there might have already been brief talks with the GOI & approval can be given within a few mths.

In end though all can be done is have your own opinion.

The approval though has said to be a formalty & think some preparation for first drill will start before approval.

Will add on own opinions, as far as one poster is concerned he/she is only trying their best to keep s/p low or lower.

Going on their post they have already offloaded their shares.

So many will be thinking up in sp by a very nice %.

On last sentence think that was said in tweet/rns.

On run up to an excellent rns Orr had a very good rise from.around where Syn was then they had excellent rns & ended up around 0.14/5.

Over following days weeks it went into low 0.40s & now is in low/mid 0.30s.

Overall just see on how sp goes tomorrow.

Would think at moment Syn do not need to raise any funds

Everyone has their own opinion on how it will go.

In end though we all wait for GM to take place tomorrow morning & see what happens next.

The increasing of number of shares that can be issued. Is I believe just so they can issue the shares without having to call a GM further down the line & is part of the JV agreement.

Overall though as the GM, is at 10a.m. tomorrow then not long to wait now & find out.

Just take look at 3 posts & think that tells where this one is hoping for.

On as far as the Indian Government is concerned that has been said to be a formality & as far as ground operations I believe it has been said that they will not be waiting on the Indian Government rubber stamping the agreement.

Overall though SYN need to get this RNS out or more might jump ship.

Next AGM is Nov 24

It was on the basis that Frr still have a % of what was stated yrs ago & they offload it.

Overall until we know if we are to be part of any new company, if that is the case then it does not matter.

So the wait goes on.
