Not a holder, but followed what has happened since the corrupt BOD put out the Rns of which on memory was around July last year.

Your post on the response was excellent & if there is any chance for holders to get something back then I hope you do.

Overall for most of the time that Frr have been delisted I have thought that Frr would recover, but never sure on whether or not there would be anything there for shareholders & in shareholders I do not include SN & other BOD.

Looks like,, it is just saying company losses reduced by just over 34, 000AUD over last Yr.

If only 3 cases in total. Not including YJ then as we have 1 in Oct that will only leave 2 .

So overall it does very much look like we are closing in on Frr letting us know the way forward & hopefully it is not a long drawn out journey.

Any holder who wants to see Frr going into production for medium- long term would I think would need to have a medical check.

If at all possible I am sure a very high % want to see Frr offloaded by no later then end of 2024.

Those were the days when we was a true believer or near on one.

On Frr actually being offloaded & they got what Frr have stated they have invested into Georgia ($500M) then that would be something all holders would celebrate.

Most of time a good % of new shares from placement are forward sold.

So by time date arrives ones forward sold are already in the market pot of shares.

Think Hope was involved with them at some point & don't think for benefit of company.

YA gave Frr an ext on paying money back, as they had tried as mentioned to illegally sell shares.

Overall though would be better for Frr for settlement out of court.

Any funds required by Frr I think very unlikely that they would think about approaching shareholders. On reasons you have mentioned & maybe couple more.

Half m/c going forward looks good because m/c has dropped considerably since his crap/lies whatever is best to call it has become near on fully known.

So from where mcap is now 4/5p in 1yr/2yrs time will look good when infact it is very well below he made shareholders believe where Xtract was going.

Would think that any extended license would be only to give Frr some time to sell their 1%. So would not be any longer then 2yrs, at most.

As cannot see that the GG would want Frr involved in any future work & that would be how I would hope it would be, also many would have thought.

Obviously though better that ext is no longer then 1tr.

Would think that there is a reasonable chance that this 1yr ext will be used to come to an agreement. Going on other cases that have settled.

If right then hope they don't have to use too much of that 1yr ext.
