Looed think as you do so much work on gathering good info, some excellent & also been dealing with translation of articles then you probably better off on just agreeing to disagree on this thread.
I think all holders now focused on Frr making a come back. Even some of the less believers are probably starting to believe that Frr are at least likely on their way back.
Will add on above happening then we will still need to know from Frr what the plan is going forward & hopefully we will get something worthwhile at end of all this.

Going on what was posted think last week. GG have said Frr can carry on with their 1%, as long as outstanding debt, is paid.

On the amount that YJ are claiming. It should defintely not be a problem going on what is involved in other cases.
So let's hope that over next 2/3 mths when the Caliafornia case should be completely sorted. As Looed has mentioned would hope that the other smaller cases will be settled not long after.

If shareholders had known of the 5p offer way back then would think very good chance most would have grabbed it with both hands including me.
So let's hope that if not 5p comes up again something around 2/2.5p does.

Just as previously mentioned when the 5p offer was made. Shares in issue fairly sure was in low billions & on day of suspension that was around 16B.
So too have the 5p offer again it would take multiples of last offer.
Now something in region of £800M would be needed.
I would hope that Frr can at least get what they have stated on what they have invested in Georgia of which is meant to be around $500M mark.

Even though we have had 4yr wait & 5p was rumoured to have been offered back in the days of shares in issue was in low billions from what can remember.
Think a buyout equivalent to 5p per share this year would be jumped on by all.

All good positive info coming through & definitely looks like also a positive outcome.
Let's hope that the positive outcome, is within 6 mths.

Fairly sure that any assetts that was there was moved by Frr & in end to anothe part off Frr with the permission of GG.

Even though we want the other cases sorted.
The Fiduciary case would have thought fairly easily have been the most important of the cases.
One of others that SN stated he would put up a % of his shares, as assurance that is not against Frr, but SN.
So that should not effect how things go with Frr.
Overall though still much better that any remaining cases with Hope are settled out of court.

Overall think the 1% just contains areas where they have carried out work & would have thought the area of the U2 well, is very important.

Cannot see that there would be anybody mad enough to fund Frr in Moldova.
On any funding that Frr have would have thought include work on or near the U2 well.
Overall though still need formal confirmation that Frr have all legal cases sorted & hopefully that will be within 6mths time.

Ideally it would much better that Frr are able to offload what is on their accereg & the just dish out a one off payment to shareholders.
Overall cannot see any point in relisting, if above can be done.
I would hope that if Frr stay private they keep shareholders well informed including some for of timeliness.

Don't think that many, if any thought this would all drag on for 4yrs.
If it had not been for Looed, bugsy, Chris & few others then we would have been completely in the dark for all of above time.
Good thing is that at last everything seems to be on its way to being resolved.

Reads to me that on Frr getting a deal with Hope the door will be open for them on a return.
On any return though we need it to be short & Frr sell off whatever is on the 1% that they retain, also that it has something really worth having.

I would say that what you mention in last paragraph, is what I had been thinking for a while & sure there will be many others.
I am thinking that if Frr do start again in Georgia we would have to hope it is not long before they sell up & then dish out the £s.
On the last one we need Frr to have something worthwhile to sell.
