Think Xtr might be talking about further testing on the theory they have mentioned In the Rns?

On above then think it has run out of $s & on Caliafornia case being dismissed would think that will fall by the wayside completely.

Only way Frr would be able to get the sort of funding they would need would have to be raised privately.
On Frr relisting without above then it would be over before it got started, as sp would be so low that raising £500K would destroy an sp that would already probably be below 0.10.
Overall it best for us if Frr can offload at a discount & we get a payout of equivalent to 1p or if possible 2.5p going on the 16B shares in issue without relisting. of which amounts to in the region of what Frr say they have spent in Georgia.

Overall when Frr put that claim through I think they probably did not intend on seeing it through to the end.
It is great though we are now starting to see cases being dismissed.
Will say though that on the Caliafornia case we still need confirmation.

All that has been done, is increase the spread between bid & buy.
So some will not class it as a rise.

Lets all hope that SN & Hope file a motion to dismiss over next few weeks & other few cases are sorted soon after.
As Looed & I mentioned. There is a case/s that are personal between SN & Hope of which should not have any bearing on Frr returning from the ashes.

It seems going on CB comment in the above they also have Tier 1 world class copper gold project.

The one Frr had run out in 1st half of this year from what can remember.
Just what to confirm that there is another one in place, but cannot remember how long for?

Overall at end of all of this. There is actually a payout to all shareholders & on that we still cannot say for sure that will happen.

Would have thought any funding needed will be in place.
If relisting did happen without funding then sp would be well below where it was on delisting of which was only around 0.30.

Will add that on Frr making a comeback cannot see any reason why they would think about relisting.
So on above being right then would hope that within 12/18 mths latest Frr can be sold & we all get a reasonable payout.

One good thing, is that we have not entered into March yet.
So it is looking like a reasonable chance that all Hope cases would have come to an agreement by end of 1st half of year & anyother cases of which probly only 2/3 left will not be much of a problem.
So let's hope that Frr are ready for a comeback early 2nd half of year.

Don't think can remember anyone saying about a sale in May.
The above, is definitely not happening in/by May. If a sale can happen then would think that earliest would be end of 2023/early 24.
