One reason why it has taken Frr & Hope, so long to try & do a deal.
Probably, is down to ZM doing all he could to prevent it & while Frr was battling against Hope then ZM was doing the dirty on Frr.

Once the ext, is at an end then we should have a good idea on if this really is closing in on the end of all the crap that has come about over the last few years.

This is looking very positive info & ext is not a long one.
So as has been mentioned things could speed up a good bit.
So let's hope on a full on resolution to all cases involving Hope by June/July.

The outcome of the Summary judgement will be interesting & would think important.

Let's hope for an excellent 2023 & see Frr make a comeback.

If right then we are 4yrs down the line & still playing the guessing game.
At least it is looking like 2023 will be the last year of having to do that & just maybe have some worthwhile £s at the end of it for holders.

If there was ever anything liked Frr claimed.
Would think a reasonable % would be on the handed back acreage.
If it was possible to have around 10% of what was claimed, as recoverable then that would be classed in a very high category of discoveries.

As previously mentioned.
As long as the can for the main case v hope, is not kicked anymore of which it does seem that it will not.
On that being the case by end of 3rd qtr 2023 we should know result & if it was worth waiting for, if all goes in Frr favour.

Think last PSA, if not already run out of legs there is not much left.
So it is a case of the 5yr ext that was requested that showed up in court papers.
Overall though 5yr ext is only useful, if Frr use that time on a sale.
Cannot see GG being at all interested in another ext after that of which just might be good for us.
As we defintely do not want Frr to carry on in same, as previously.

On that mine shows up economical at around $8/8.5K then on how it looks like POC, is going thet that will be a very big positive for sale in 2023.

Is it right that CB has said that it will include working out using 3 different levels of POC?

Overall there was not much of chance, if any that we would have an official statement from Frr until the orig hope case was heard & at the moment think that is in July.
So let's see, if that can does not get kicked again.

The only hope shareholders have on that there is something worthwhile at the end.
Is would the BOD carried on through all of this, just to carry on, as normal of which was producing nothing.
