Same question asked what you mentioned & that is what would have happened with sp, if the expectation of amount of copper had been around the 1mt & not 2mt of which was all down to CB.

Think, somebody mentioned for EGM it takes 10% of shares in issue held by holders to request one.
Overall though a straight Q & A would probably be the fastest route to take that though is down to whether or not CB goes for it.
The EGM though I think he would have to attend.

One thing for certain & that is CB, is not suffering, as a shareholder. All shares bought have been paid for through salary received from Xtr & any freebies, his had.

If possible the thoughts that have been put out on bb by A4444, SteveM & few others can be forwarded on to CB, also the SundayRoast team.

The damages that Frr have stated I think amount to around 15p per share.
Another court case to add to the list.

Even though would be great o having direct info from Frr that is not looking like until 2023.
On the PSA ext of 5yrs would think that Frr must be very confident of that ext being awarded to them, if not already.
In end, as usual though we hope on everything working out & Frr comeback in 2023.

Very good write up.
Will say, as previous that would hope that there can be a sale by 1yr of Frr making a come back.
So, let's see if the big come back can be made in 2023.

Decision to mine, is I believe, just another mechanism that is there. So Xtr can approach AA & formally ask them if they want to activate the buy back clause.
I am sure that AA would know that a junior miner, such as Xtr would not take a project on, as big as BR will be.

Will add that I & sure many will be hoping that when we finally reach the end that there is not a long drawn out drilling plan, but a sale within 6mths/1yr at very latest.
