There is another from Dev under same heading as previous that gives there resident waste of space a good reply of which I mentioned a few days ago.

On this my thinking, is that Frr have offered a pay off to Hopeless of which in the judges eyes, is a fair one & on that basis would think the judge would have the deciding factor not Hopeless.
So if above is right of which is not certain then that should leave Frr in being able to take this over to California.

As mentioned when briefly spoke about this a few days or so ago. I mentioned that courts for some basic forms did/have tenplates for some forms. One of which was for having a claim struck out.

When you think on a de-listing Rns would think that near on all de-listing Rns's read the same & would not need much editing, except for a few.

As mentioned previously I think that some Rns's are made up from template of which some words deleted & added. So a delisting Rns I think would be one of them. On the positive words that are used in that Rns that I feel, is encouraging, as normally a delisting Rns would not have them.

There is no point on thinking about a re-listing until we know Hopeless has been kicked into touch.

Would think there is at least a fairly strong possibility that Caymens has concluded.
Anyway let's hope again on a release from the court next week.

If it was bad as that poster is implying then where is all the $s coming for legal fees?
On above no way would anybody help Frr carry on the legal side unless production is going well or the $s are coming from production itself.
Can somebody copy Drs Hobby post over here at end of "this week" heading.

There was one about 4 weeks back that nothing has come from, so maybe something on that one.
Anyway, as usual the wait goes on.

On as far as Hopeless & O/R are concerned Frr could not do anything about it, as they bought our debt of I think around $25/30M off a distressed fund who originally had the debt.

Now that this 2nd claim/charge has been filed with the California court then surely the Caymans has come to a conclusion. Overall at least we should get something from Caymans & hopefully, very soon.

I think it was above that mentioned that would be good, if our team can make inquiries on getting something from Frr, as it is crap being left in the dark. Especially now they have got this 2nd court case filed.

Don't know, if right, but as this is under the guise of the court then Frr would have to wait for the court releasing confirmation on this 1st.
Lets seriously hope it, is the case.
