If Frr had the $s to pay off Hopeless then he would not be able to add anything to it.

Only answer on that is hope so. Otherwise we probably will have another 6mths or so on waiting. Even though in the U S court proceeding should be more out in the open of which would be much better then now.

I know it was found by our great investigators, but obviously it was news that was known. So no reason why it could not have been posted/released.
Anyway that I think, is my last rant for now.

One thing with above, is that they had time to post Bloe, last Rns on here, but nothing on Frrs 2nd court case.

I am feeling, just slightly p.ssed off after seeing Bloe going up even more.
If had any £s would have put into block a few months back, but that was never going to happen.

One thing that I feel SN f.c.k. ed up on, is not at least getting production up to around the 1000bopd mark a few yrs back then Frr would not have had to dish out so many shares to YA.

Would have been good, if 8b shares is what we had with samem/cap when delisted, but they have doubled, since then.

Now this 2nd court case is starting In July, it is time that Frr released something that can help us understand what is happening.

They have reduced the choke, so at moment production, is around 700bopd.

Overall, I am still thinking/hoping that it goes the way it has been mentioned a few times & that is paying Hopeless off. So then Frr can properly get things going on the ground & releasing an update on all work carried out over the last year, also release news on BP & BHG.
Have the new court case to go after Hopeless & Outrider.

Even though I feel along same lines as Tsbs of which, is that there always seems to be something stopping Frr from finally coming good & by that I mean really good.
Overall though this I strongly do think that we are at the final hurdle of which i feel we have near on cleared.
I will add that it is great having a few new posters that are coming up with great bits of Info for this bb.

On Frr Winning their case against Hope in California then unlikely there would be much left for Hope to give.

The lawyer for US, seems well known by Frr & the law firm he is with there is some info on ii about them.

If what mentioned, is the case then would need the court to release news on it 1st.

Might be that Caymens has come to a conclusion through Frr paying off Hopeless, but are still wanting on taking him to cleaners & maybe a nice looking room with bars (prison).

Been away for a long weekend - just back. Have tried to catch up but frankly too much to read it all (both main boards). Lots of good comment - positive and negative - so I’ll stick to my main thoughts.

The chambers meeting on 15th April felt to me like a procedural follow up after possibly the Judge taking holidays. Who knows!
The timing of the Californian action - just 24 hours before - can be read in so many ways. But it is certainly highly aggressive. Agree that an OOCS seems unlikely at this point.
Really odd in my view that a poster called DOddsy first raised this on Monday morning on LSE. No comment, and as far as I can make out not a previous FRR poster - in fact barely a poster at all. So probably not a shareholder - more likely someone connected to the company wanting indirectly to let shareholders know what was going on.

The submission is interesting in a number of regards - and as said is highly aggressive (fraudulent actions, misrepresentation, conspiracy etc etc)
It also cites the blocking of fund raising attempts a year or so back. We know about them. It does however not cite the Durham financing efforts - or indeed any fund raising activity in the last 9 months or so.
It also effectively states a conspiracy to get the company de-listed. Conspiracies involve other parties - so what has the discovery turned up? I have no doubt that the Nomad resignation caused the de-list - the argument will be that the events we know about - and those we don’t - let to the creation of the circumstances that caused the de-list.
As said so many times this will take as long as it takes - but you could interpret that FRR now have a way forward on the longer term financing, but are not prepared to succour Hope - and are religiously going for the jugular regarding the retrospective behaviour of Hope and his Outrider crew. (I remember talking to Zaza a number of times regarding his utter detestation of those who try to make money by manipulation, and opportunely leveraging the work of others)

Can somebody copy a bit of above on to bb that generally shows the judges thoughts towards Hopeless?
