There probably are templates for some documents that are used & just a bit is added or edited. I know that was the way with some court documents & likely, still, is. So the using the word " cancelled", is a general word used for a delisting.

Write from judge from around 4 weeks back should now be very close & if yesterday was to close this one down then news on that one would expect within a week or so.

There is a hearing from around 4 weeks back that still not had anything on & one today was for amendment of summons?

Now we know of this 2nd case being taken on. Would seriously hope that we get something from the court that gives us a very positive way forward.
Once the above has come then an update on all the work carried out over around the last year from Frr.

A Massive fine of around $100M would hit him where it hurts & some sort of suspended jail term would no doubt keep him thinking for a good while.

I would also go with Frr being able on moving on at same time as going after Hope.

If does go along those lines then Frr can start to move forward in a very positive way & just maybe put Hopeless behind bars or with a Massive fine.

What I mentioned on what his legal team are more into that is what I am very interested in & as said earlier by a poster that it looks like they are more into financial.

Frr must have some good backing or a nice looking production.
Cannot see Frr would go for this, just on the off chance & if they do have serious backing then I defintely cannot see that.

Hope changing legal team most probably was due to what the judge said in write up, also it has been said earlier that they are more into dealing with financial.

On this new one being by jury, it surely must open up the possibility of Hope having a very long holiday in one of the US closed establishments i.e. prison
