Going on what the judge has now said on Hope then an OOCS is favorite for many & likely in a good way for Frr.
Overall though we need confirmation from the court of which we hope on getting from them next week.

Going on in brackets " as in chambers" then think it will be in court, but behind closed doors.

Lets hope that this is the end of this & Frr can finally move on in a positive way. With confirmation of funding, BP & BHG.

SB on ii mentions that could be for confirming in open court that OOCS has been agreed.
No expert, but above does seem good & as it is only lasted for 1/2 day that would be about right.

Had quick look at regs for private & on that frr have more than 500 shareholder, also worth above £10M.

Even though anything can happen, just cannot see Frr going on to something along the lines of a Norway exchange.
Can slightly remember Matra & overall Frr through court evidence has shown that BP have been interested in Frr for a while. There is also BHG + the $60M NY Funding. On as far as BP, is concerned though, it has been mentioned by one of our better posters that they have been around for the something like 1yr & as mentioned I take note of what that posters does post, but that is up to each individual.
So on above basis would believe that this will not end up, as crap as Matra has done of which, it is a crap way for it to go.

I have mentioned a few times along same lines, but would still be very interested on seeing the write up from the court.

Agree that there are a few thing at moment that point towards a positive outcome for Frr.
I am still very interested on the amendment to the summons of which hope something from the court will be be released next week.

Things most defintely look as if they have moved forward in Georgia & the Caymen Court.
So write up on the amendment to the summons must have a reasonable chance of being released next week & that should give a good idea on what is happening, as far as the court, is concerned.

Frr have a impressive asset & near all debt is on LNotes of which Frr would settle on through the NY $60M funding & that is what this court case, is all about.
