As it says hearing/sitting is for amended summons then would think unlikely anything being added by Frr. So as already mentioned feel that it is for something to be taken off & that due to OOCS, as SB mentioned.

As usual though we wait & see what is the outcome.

Overall this is looking not straight forward, but SB's explanation does look like having a reasonable chance of being the case.
Let's hope that if is then there will be news released by end of next week.

Well, we were saying just last week that we could do with another “sign of life”, you know the ‘beep’ on the machine and now we get this very high profile diplomacy meeting for Moldova, involving political dignitaries and our very own Steve in the mix. Untypically for him tho, he seems to have lost his loyal tie and gained some extra pounds. Well, whatever the case, I am grateful that he is still around and seemingly actively involved with Frontera. Why? Well, look at the current challenges: ever expanding Black Sea strategy, discussions with Super Majors, the court case and indeed a potential arbitration meeting with the Georgians. Also, make no mistake, the acreage FRR secured in Moldova is highly prospective and strategically [I.e. geographically] very important.

On the news front, not sure what is happening on the ground in B12 or indeed the court case. But in all fairness, we are unlikely to see the Company reveal anything until there is a conclusion to the court case.

On this info found on Moldova & add what the judges latest judgement said then it all points towards a positive outcome for Frr.
So lets hope on positive news by time of appeal hearing on an OOCS.

In 1st link, Frr not mentioned, but very good chance he is there representing Frr. In 2nd one by who buys Frr are mentioned.

As has been said already & that is if Frr was not going to come out of this in a good way then very unlikely SN would be involved in this work in Moldova under Frr banner.

Some of this evidence would probably come from the discovery & overall on what he had seen originally it is fairly clear that he would still come to the same decision. On that though, it has changed due to the new evidence that has come to light.

Will add that most would be used for development of asset.

As the finance Rns said that the $60M loan would be on a delayed senior secured basis then that does seem to say that as long as they was happy on Frr dealing with the debt of which would think that they are now then would hope that it is near on signed on dotted line, if not already.
The mention of a delayed senior secured basis, would be so Frr can gain the loan & pay off Hopeless.
Above, is how I see it & hope that above is right.

Above, is I think around end of April. So on any talks on an OOCS , somefhing on them should be heard before or through the court around time of hearing.

I may have had the pleasure of meeting some of you at the shareholder meetings over the years. Firstly, I wanted to sympathise with the situation that you all find yourselves in following the delisting. I would also like to make the following comments :
- I have seen a few posts blaming Zaza for the delisting - this was the last result that he wanted - it was forced on Frontera by the resignation of the Nomad
-I have spoken to Zaza today and going forward he intends to continue to update shareholders and behave in a transparent way as if still listed -via RNS Reach ( some web sites wont announce Reach so acces via www.investigate as well as Frontera web site ,YJ also has a list of attendees that registered for the meetings and we will also email these updates to them)and shareholder conference calls and meetings
-I have checked with LSE and this BB will remain active as long as posts still occur
- All drilling activity continues and negotiations with ‘Major’ are still active

Agree on blow out, but start of 2019 looked a good bit worse then now.
Overall, as say most times & that is that we still need to wait for the confirmation that all holders want.

Since Christmas I & sure many would say that Frr are looking more positive on a good future since then. So think RR, is just trying make out he sometimes can feel unsure, but would say should have made that known start of 2019 not now.

Thought it was same as seen few days/last week back.

Reason why Frr are at court is to be able on gaining the funding that would pay off debt & fund increasing of production.
Above would not have happened if Hopeless had not stopped Frr having funding in the 1st place.

Overall on there being an offer by Frr of paying Hopeless/Out Rider $15/20M for L/Notes & kicking him of the BOD then would think that as far as the judge is concerned he would take that as being a very fair/good offer.

On something along the lines of the above happening then that would leave Frr on a positive looking future over coming months & years.

So going on the last judgement many are thinking that an OOCS will sort this out & would think that the wait should not be long.

Thought the same, but not sure if the mention of without prejudice by the court on OOCS talks makes any difference on that?
