Will say that not heard of that being the case, so would be good on Mole as you say clarifying that sentence.

I would fully concur with what Mole says - and there is little point in posting much until the legal and commercial challenges have been worked through. Even as a de-listed stock the lawyers will be advising on as tight a lock down as can be achieved (and as for FSG we fully accept that there will be no further communication of any sort until some progress is made - for better or worse).

For what it is worth I also remain cautiously optimistic. Why - well for a start everyone now seems to accept the value of the asset. I would be pretty sure that both BH and BP see that, and will want to be a part of it. However my mindset has shifted from the joint operating agreement that I think was the original intent (with FRR retaining ownership) to a more likely traditional farm in (ie a shared ownership). We shall see.

As I said before we are not even spectators to the current exchanges - the match is being played behind closed and high security doors.

If you say that this all started properly start of December then would think there is a reasonable chance of 1st half of 2019 for this all to be sorted.
Overall as we know, as usual. It is a wait & see.

Agree, but that does not look like happening. So overall the court, is the next place to hopefully have something come soon.

At the moment on just having it confirmed via the court that Frr & Hope are talking on an OOCS would help many.

Would think that the write up of hearing on stay of proceedings should not be far off & would have thought there would be a mention of why there was one. If there is then that should give us an idea on what is happening.

On the great post by bugsy on SN still very likely thinking & dealing with Frr working in Moldova then that would not happen if this situation Frr is in now ended up going wrong. So overall another positive towards Frr coming through this & moving on in a positive way.
Let's hope on above coming about.

It is very much looking like the only news we will get will be via the court.

Noticed a few weeks back ATC was relisting & on Frr thinking it would be a good bit sooner. On Frr sorting the mess that has gone on.

That is how I thought it would be.

The one thing that would make this look to be going the right way, is there are talks on an OOCS going on at the moment of which would hope that as mentioned the write up of the judge will give us.

As previously mentioned there is a chance on some news on why the stay on proceedings was heard through the write up of the judge of which should not be that far away.

As we are private at moment does Frr have to stick on rules concerning Rns's?

Let's see if we get the judgement on the stay on proceeding next week. Especially a bit on an OOCS being talked on would be great.

Would hope on above being filed anytime from mid next week & maybe that will give, something on whether or not they are sorting out an OOCS.

The way things have gone & that includes the judges write up of December hearing the chances of Frr coming through this are reasonable through an OOCS.
