The only thing that will tell us properly the situation, is the above & that can come via YJ.

On the above being signed then that is something that would get Frr out of this this crap situation & Hope off the BOD.

Will add though that there is still a possibility that the discovery has strengthened Frr's position.

Going on the judge saying along the lines that it would best for both to come to a debt restructuring deal & there being a stay on proceeding hearing yesterday. Would think that the debt restructuring is what is happening of which would likely be more in Hopes favour than ours, but with the size of this assert. If this is what is happening then there should still be plenty for Frr to move forward in a very positive way.

Let's hope on some sort of statement comes from Frr via YJ tomorrow.

Overall though Frr should not have got into this situation over $2M & put an asset worth billions at risk.

I mentioned that a bit earlier, but think it is time on a statement from Frr is now needed. If only saying everything is still moving forward.

Need somebody who has ZM ear to have a talk with him & say time for Frr to come clean on all this.

Would have thought that case would have been dismissed rather then a stay on proceedings.

Let's hope that Frr have that $60M funding then that lets hope will sort this complete feck up out.

Overall, if that ruling is dated about 3 weeks back then that has now been passed & on the injunction we knew that it had been discharged, but at same time put back in place.

I would say no on that one, as the two are clearly interlinked & on Frr winning the claim then Default would be null & void.

As always time will give the answer & hopefully not much of it.

Overall would think that the court would not just give a stay on proceedings without good reason. So one of those good reasons would be due to an OOCS , coming through.
Best thing though, is on waiting for official news on the stay proceeding.

This hearing is listed for 1/2 day, so would think that maybe a closing of the claim is closed, due to an OOCS.

Would think that now a Defence has been filed already would not think it is for that.
Hopefully we will get something on Tues/Weds.
Overall I would think more of a chance on an OOCS.
