Going on court documents Hopeless had vetoed 2 fund raises then he offered a loan through Outrider on worse terms.
So above says that he was not working in shareholders interests.

Will say though, cannot see any reason why ZZ would say that he intends on carrying on with shareholder meetings, if he was not thinking Frr will come out of this, in a positive way.

Now the above line, is 100% bullshit/crap.

There have been 2 new posters talking a load of crap & both are near on certain, if not certain worried on their short position.

One thing is that on above happening, it very likely would not be for death spiral financing due to the fact Frr would have a reasonable looking production, $60M funding, BHG & best one BP.
As mentioned before though it is best not to look to far forward at the moment.

On as far as above, is concerned I would say there is much more important things to think on. Especially as far as ZZ Is concerned.

On the court case it does look like Frr are quitely confident of having a positive outcome.

Loosing the court case would near on certain probably mean Frr would lose the assets in Georgia.

On Frr coming through this in a positive way with the news in background being released cannot see any problem in a new Nomad & re-listing.
On any withdrawals on CGT you think should have something around £15K per year you can take out tax free, might be a couple of grand above that.

Cannot see that Default & Damages Claim are not one case. now. Reason is that the Default on its own would think is in Hopeless favour & Frr would not want to come out of this by losing the major asset.
