Even though still time for an OOCS, it is starting to look unlikely as full hearing, is down for Feb & also unless Hopeless paid at least a % of $58M claim then don't think ZZ would take it.
As usual though, we wait & see.

Going on what is coming out of Frr through YJ & Malcy, it is looking like Frr are feeling good on them having a good future of which after all that has happened, fantastic.

On the above though nothing is still certain, but things do seem to be moving more in Frr's favour & lets hope that is the case.

ATC delisted 2015 & bb is still there & there are others that kept going for months.

Just email them & ask to be added.

Added myself to their distribution list & & on listing told a bit early give give an answer of which that might be because of court hearing.
1st Feb, is only 1 week away. So hearing can only be around 5 weeks at most.

I sent email to original address & still seems to be accepting.

As mentioned, just need a few lines from ZZ via YJ on this, as that would at least give us a good idea of which way they will go.

Will add that Hope there is still a chance they will re-list at some point, after hearing.

One thing is that on Frr coming through this in a positive way then if for start they re-list in 3/4mths after confirming BHG, BP, $60M funding & last of all good flow rates then Frr would re-list as a very strong company. Would also be able to go on with the consolidation of which would probably have a good effect on an sp.

Thing is will this emergency position stay & become a permanent one?
On above, it is looking like it is. Overall though would like to have some of what ZZ is thinking on this via YJ, if needed & it could be put in just a few lines/paragraph.

Even though we have not hear it from the horses mouth as they say. Frr do seem to be thinking ahead past the Feb hearing & on that they must also be thinking of a future, so lets hope that is right.

Would seriously be thinking that everything is on the Feb hearing & if that is the case then there will be no appeal.

Noticed that ATC de-listed back in Dec 2015 & bb, is still in operation.

Will add that the above bb, is not generally used that much. So would think that would not be the case with this one.

Even though an OOCS might still come.

I think that it is looking likely that Frr will be taking this through to the hearing unless of course Hopeless gives up & is willing on paying out a %/all of the claim.

It is a group that was set up in I think around 2015/16 of which I joined up back then.

Coggy, Dev, Mole, ToT on ii & there is a couple more that has gone out of my head at the moment of which I would like to applogise to them for.

I will also email FOF & confirm still want to be included, as joined up at beginning.
