Overall cannot see any reason why they cannot tell us on whether or not Frr will re-list & on that. On Frr getting through the court case intact then Frr could re-list as a strong company.

Agree that ZZ should put something out tomorrow, as he likely had decided on this a week ago or maybe a bit longer.
It also shows I think that YJ posts was just crap.

If you really care anything about shareholders then you will put out some news on how you will be dealing with this s.i.t with us in mind.

Yep - the only Adviser was Tim T from YJ. Jo had decided to opt out - I did speak to him and he said he thought that with a Q&A it was less constraining if he wasn’t there. He of course then got complaints from some cabal members who heard the tape of the meeting and decided to try and make a case for release of sensitive information (Kempster admitted under his disguise that he had done this). I am pretty certain that the TW release just before Xmas was the FCA standard response to one of these complaints, probably again from Kempster.

Would agree that Zaza was at his very best in the meeting, IMHO

Overall I see it that as the court has reapplied the injunction on the Default again then the judge must believe that Frr have a good case against Hope.

Especially as would think that all the evidence has now been filed with the court & that includes the Defence of Hopeless.

Let's seriously hope on Frr coming through this of which, still believe they will.

Will add that one thing that has been said. Is that the NY fund of $60M can mean Frr are able to pay off the L/Notes.

It has been said that damages claim, is in Feb. So as mentioned last night that is when the injunction needs to hold for.
If above goes Frr's way then the Default will be no longer, if not then Frr will be no longer.

Just saying that it is the damages claim, is when the injunction needs to hold for, as that is what will decide on the Default on both being interlinked.

Overall it will be the hearing that will decide on how this all goes. So that is when the injunction needs to hold to.

ZZ is obviously part of the BOD & the court case/Default, is the most important part of all of this.

On the injunction being lifted at last Thurs hearing then reapplied then think Frr should have put out an Rns, as it shows that court is still looking at Frr having a good case. Especially as there would be more evidence that would have been filed with the court, including Hopeless Defence.

On the above, I have always believed that Frr would come through this & obviously we are not out of the woods, just yet. Overall though feel that Frr's position is strengthening against low life Hopeless.
