On Frr talking with Hope/Outrider over this, would be great if that could be put out.

Overall I am ok with the email. Was just saying to ones who are not sure on it that overall the content of it does not tell us anything that we don't know.
As said earlier, let's hope on something positive is released this/next week.

Is is the claim that might save Frr through helping a great deal in an OOCS.

This is what I mentioned & thought since we had that Rns on 24 Dec.
So on the above would think that we need the Default & claim to be dealt with as one case or at least have the court to see that they are interlinked
Cannot remember who, but somebody mentioned that they had read one of the Rns's saying exactly what I have mentioned above.
So seriously hope it is the case & on an OOCS, it would help give Frr a stronger position.

ZZ & SN would have known the Default would be served on Frr. So on the claim would be thinking that reason for it, is not just for the $56M, but some leverage against the default, in that with the reason for the claim then there would be no default.
Otherwise why let this Default happen, if all Frr was going to get was the $56M, but lost an asset worth billions of $s.

Overall, I also have thought that this will come to an OOCS of which should work out ok for us.
If it is the above then hopefully news on it will be released this/next week.

Interesting, let's hope it is now in use outside family disputes as well & just maybe used by Frr.

Court documents i.e. emails

Think it was mentioned a week or so back that what you mention at end of post has been proven by Frr.
Would though need somebody to confirm above to be sure though.

On as far as the claim, is concerned would say chances of it going Frr's way is around a 75% chance. As it is clear seems clear that he was most defintely not working in a positive way on Frr shareholders interests.
So on court seeing it in same light then as mentioned a few times that knocks out the Default.

Will add that as long as the evidence against Hope is strong enough to give Frr a 50%+ chance of winning the case then that would should help them with an OOCS, if that is what they are aiming for, also would hope that they can sign up with the fund on the $60M loan of which would strengthen their position even more.

I mentioned earlier that Welloiled has said that it looks like that Frr have filed at least 10 more documents with the court that we have not seen of which Madpunter copied his post from ii.

On the documents that we have seen were strong enough to get Frr the original injunction, so the court must have seen something in them alone, but as mentioned above the other documents are likely to stregthen Frr's case.

Would say that both are interlinked & as you say the default would not have come about, if the piece of crap had not vetoed the fund raise 2/3 times. Add on then he tried to force Frr into taking a loan off Outrider at higher interest.

On ii above believes that there are 10 documents that have been filed with the court that we have not seen.
Would be good idea in copy & paste his post from ii under heading Speculation.

If Frr do de-list, but still come through this with everything intackd then cannot see that they won't re-list in AIM.
