I am still not thinking that this is going Frr's way for certain that is for sure, but do think that the odds are slight more in our favour than not.

As usual it is a wait & see over hopefully, just the coming weeks

On this going Frr's way then would think that having this happen & it coming through the other end that it would be not so good a move to offload at this sp, but would agree close or just over 1p then many just might.

Would think that the news on the $60M fund raise being released on 12 December, must help frr's case even more. As it clearly shows that Frr's future is starting to look very good & also obviously having BP being interested adds to it.

Overall, as the vetoing of raising funds by Hope started back in April & on top of that he tried to take the pi.s with offering funds through Outrider at a much higher rate of interest then on that basis I also cannot see how Outrider has much of a Defence, if any at all.

On the above going Frr's way then would seriously hope that the Default would be null & void.

On the above would think that if it has not been filed with the court, if not already Frr would be notified on this, Monday.

So lets hope on a positive on it & that is, it has not.

Reason for the injunction being at the moment, a temporary one. Might be due to it is believed that there will be an OOCT over the next few weeks.

If you still have a link to the recording that if I am right you did then maybe put on here again.
As he was saying this only around 2mths ago then he more than likely was hinting towards this.

Time for above is around 06.15 at the moment, so for handing in Defence, he probably has until around 9/9.30pm our time.

Not worth think on that until end of day for the court & on that Lets hope that at that time no Defence has been handed in. Will add that even it has that does not mean this will go his way.

Obviously though at the moment it is a case of not even worrying about the above, as if it comes to paying tax at least that means Frr have come through this.

On the above I think that you are allowed something in the region of £15K profit from shares before paying any tax & that it applies each tax yr.

The courts close time think is this evening our time, so let's hope on no Defence has been uploaded on their system.
Even though might need to wait for Monday on the above unless Frr put out a twitt on it tonight.

Some very interesting info.

There are a few that think WH Ireland would work AS a good Nomad, if possible.
Last night I copied a post from ii on to here about it.
