If there is material news that has not been released yet then any new news would still have to be put out.

If other BOD have the texts they can put them in under Frr's evidence.

Best to Filter, as nothing they say makes a difference & that includes on Frr coming through this.

Let's hope on some positive news this week.

Will add that whoever it is that Frr are talking with they must know BP are interested which will show that Frr assets are looking very good.

As long as Frr showed that if needed a % of that funding would be used to help deal with this then would think so.

Would like to thank you for your post & even though nothing is certain. I am feeling better about how this will turn out & on that mean Frr will be able to move on through 2019.

Would seriously hope that the judge would see that the default & claim by Frr are very well interlinked. So both are joined up as one case.

Agree that would have no problem with the two sides coming to an agreement that would mean Frr move on, by getting on having the $60M finance come through with a full agreement with BHG & hope The big one, BP.

Was thinking that the fund raise of around the $2/5M, if that did go in front. On the grand scheme of things, it would not put O/Riders $30M in jeopardy.
Will add that now Frr have signed that letter that shows there is interest in loaning Frr a loan that big ($60M) then surely the judge can rule that at least $20M of that goes to Outrider.

I agree that both the default & claim of damages should be tied together.

On the funding, I thought it was the $60M loan that would go above O/Rider not the funding that ZZ & WH Ireland arrange of which was a few million $s .
On the injunction the judge is probably only looking at the whether or not the default is right, without considering Hope vetoing Frr raising the funds. As the injunction & claim of damages are separate from each other.

Going on that annoucement, late Christmas eve not even Frr know.

One of the above that has been mentioned, is that the claim was left to the wire due to Frr waiting for the default notice to be official & that completed their evidence.

Overall on this as mentioned already wish this had not gone this far.
