ZZ comments in the finance news shows that Frr will be moving forward in 2019 & the Rns was only released 2 weeks ago.
So surely he would not .make those comments, if he thought there any chance of things not going well.
Let's hope that some positive news is released over next week.

As mentioned earlier, as things stand at the moment would be good, if Frr paid the original $2M & then it just carried on as before.
So Far could move forward with BHG & BP.

This really is Fergie time. I feel this is still a play made by FRR and they know exactly what they are doing and are well advised. You don’t get cheap lawyers when flirting with majors and a serious asset base. There is easily a cup half empty view here also, but I’m in the festive spirit and just feel FRR are going through the storm now to clear the way for BP to join/buy our asset base.

We will know soon enough but I don’t think FRR are throwing in the towel at this stage. They are just too well connected…Merry Xmas all

Going on the above only being released in the last 4 & 2 weeks. Just cannot see the point, if ZZ & SN thought there was any chance of this going against Frr.

Overall though will have to 1st of all wait & see, if a defense has been handed into the court by closing on Friday.

If Frr win their claim then that null & voids the default, as the default would not have happened in 1st place.

On as far as a judgement by the court, is concerned. Overall, if it said that Frr had to pay the original $2M within 1 full month & everything stayed the same then even though would still have that low life hanging around, like a bad smell. At least Frr would be able to move forward with the work that is going on at the moment, also keep BHG & BP happy.

Overall I am with you Contra on that I still believe it will come out in our favour

Will add though, if possible would have preferred for this to have been sorted out without going this far.
