As the update is dated late yesterday would think that there would be a bit of useful info on it, as obviously the meet in the court was yesterday.

Would hope that an update on court case, maybe both. Can be released by mid day tomorrow.

I would think that would be the case. Obviously though Frr need the $60M finance to go through of which would think, is very likely.

Just kicking Hope off the BOD would ease things for ZZ & SN.

As mentioned the claim of damages & the injunction would say are separate.
So the claim against Hope & Outsider, is important. Overall though it is the default notice that Hope tried to bring against Frr of which does not look to have any basis, is the most important.

If Frr can go that way then that would look very positive & in new year finally get s.p. properly moving upwards.

On as far as the hearing is concerned on the matter of the injunction. It was the court that put it down as being heard in December & at this point there is not many days left.

Overall, as per usual. It is a wait & see situation of which hopefully will be over next 2/3 days.

The Grand Court also gave directions in relation to the application by Mr Hope and OMF to discharge the previously granted injunction; a hearing to deal with that application is expected to take place in December.

The above was in the 22 November Rns & would have thought that has been heard of which might have been yesterday.

So good news on that for Frr then that would give Frr a clear road through 2019, especially on Frr also doing well on the matter of the claim against Hope & Outrider.

Overall, it is Outsider that Frr would love to take out of Frr's future dealings & at the moment For are looking good on achieving that.

The loan notes was gained by Outrider by around $6M, I believe as the fund who originally had them was needing funds in short time.

On the point of including the 2016 court papers, dud to discovery being granted they will be very much in Frr's favour & feck the scum up.

Hope was trying to bring & on that Frr have not defaulted & overall would say that is the main thing that we do not want to
go against Frr.
So even though the claim is important, it is not as important as the default that the shithead Hope was trying to bring.

Overall as mentioned a few times now. Just cannot see how Frr have defaulted in the 1st place & on that being the case Hope should change is name to Hopeless.

On the above one thing is I think certain & that is SN/ZZ would have had all the evidence they wanted, ready to put forward for the court.

On the default, it seems that was only put out there by Outsider due to YA of which was sorted in our favour.

I would also say that cannot see how Frr have defaulted in the 1st place.

They were originally held by another fund who had to offload them at a very big discount to Outsider.
