On sorting out Hope then having Frr's future looking very positive should help greatly in getting Nmad.

Filtered the above a week back & many should do the same.

On Frr coming through this then cannot see anything said by it will make any difference on Frr.

I think positive news on sorting Hope out, is the main one for most, as on that happening then getting a new Nomad should not be a problem.

On the Default triguring how it is going now, I mentioned something along those lines 4/5 days ago & just might be the case.

If needed, on the above being confirmed & also that the L/Notes will be paid off then cannot see how the low life SH can vetoe it without the court going in our favour, as that would be clear that he is not acting in the shareholders interests.

Anyways in the end would hope on some new being released tomorrow & it being positive.

As mentioned previously would be happy on an OOCS & then Frr starting to move forward with the great opportunities that are coming their way.

As the news on funding was only released around 2 weeks ago would have thought that all of what is happening now was known then. So unless it can make a difference there would have been no point releasing it.

As said though Default would not have happened if the vetoe had not been used by SH on the raising of funds & trying to take complete pi.s by offering it via Outrider.

In the end though we are where we are & now the claim of damages is where we need a positive outcome whether by OOCS or through the courts.

It is without a doubt out of order on Frr not including this in the original Rns, but overall it does not change the fact SH prevented Frr from raising fund from April onwards. Obviously at the same time tried on getting Frr to take the funds off Outrider instead at a higher interest.

The reason for him to vetoe any fund raise by Frr was to His/Outriders advantage of which includes them receiving the $2M via shares & that is clear, so on the basis of that then the
claim looks good.

On the funding side there is a chance of a sort that the $60M will be confirmed soon & let's hope on that being the case.

As already I have said that is along the lines of my thinking & on no vetoing by Hope would have meant that Default would not have happened.
As we all know the vetoes that Hope made was before the Default.

Overall, as mentioned I believe that on Frr winning the damages claim then that will null & void the Default, as it would not have happened.
Above is on there not be an OOCS of which can still happen.

Agree that it better for Frr staying suspended for now, as you say that the sp would have a good bit of pressure on it & would drop.

The main thing is with the claim & Default, is that the evidence on the default should not interfere with the ruling on the damages.
On as far as the claim is concerned though the evidence on that should generally does look strong for Frr & if that does go Frr's way then that I feel should null & void the default.

Agree 100% that the carrott always seems to move a bit further in front. On this occasion though as mentioned on the $60M loan being confirmed & Frr signing an agreement with both BHG, also BP at last we might actually have what we have been waiting for.

Will add that if Frr settle out of court with Outrider & Frr get back to dealing with moving forward then that would be good enough for me.
