It is the positive vibes that are coming from Frr via YJ & Malcy, as if they thought this was only 50/50 think it would not be much at all.
Overall we just wait & see, as usual.

Just looked at link & on Frr re-listing with the many bits of positive news then with the shorters having to buy the shares with sp moving fast then they will be in the SH.T.
So lets see if above does come about.

Will add give go for judgement, if there is an OOCS.

On as far as the judge deciding to give judgement think that can only happen, if the case has at least started if not finished.

Even though still time for an OOCS, it is starting to look unlikely as full hearing, is down for Feb & also unless Hopeless paid at least a % of $58M claim then don't think ZZ would take it.
As usual though, we wait & see.

Going on what is coming out of Frr through YJ & Malcy, it is looking like Frr are feeling good on them having a good future of which after all that has happened, fantastic.

On the above though nothing is still certain, but things do seem to be moving more in Frr's favour & lets hope that is the case.

ATC delisted 2015 & bb is still there & there are others that kept going for months.

1st Feb, is only 1 week away. So hearing can only be around 5 weeks at most.
