On there being an OOCS, it would very likely be down to the judge on how the details of it look not Hope.

I did say that is how I see it not that it was defintely happening. Overall though for a stay on proceeding would think the most reasonable reason, is for an OOCS. Especially as the judge, also believes that was the best course for both to take in the rolling from December hearing.

As proceedings are stayed on there being an OOCS being discussed would think not until their completed.

If Hope was on his way to also vetoing the NY Funding of which at moment, is not known for certain then he is the enemy.
Just have to wait & see how this pans out.

Will add that obviously there might be something in the discovery that strengthens Frr's case.

On that then there is a good chance why Frr have taken this to court.

On the funding will it not have delayed seniority over Outrider LNotes, so obviously Outrider paid off with funding then has seniority over all other funding?

I would hope on 1 or 3, on the 3 possibilities.

Overall I feel there is more chance that the stay in proceedings was for Frr & Hope to agree on an OOCS, also the main thing that would most definitely mean this can happen would be the $60M NY funding.

Cannot see that anything can be said at the moment would hope though this is sorted, sometime fairly soon.

A fire sale would think does not constitute a restrucuring.
Overall as has been said more than a few times & that is a wait & see.

Would think that proceedings are now "stayed".
So I that is the case would also think that there will be some form of an OOCS.

Can you give some encouragement on that things for Frr are looking at least ok?

One thing that was mentioned, is what has kept Frr going over about last year, as it is a while since any fund raise.

Would think that on the flow rates still looking good around now & reason for nothing on them all this time. There would be a good chance on the NY Funding being one of the reasons for this, also Frr having them sign the dotted line.
As usual time will give us the answer.

Still believe that above will happen either in a reasonable position, if not a great one.
