Think now above has been shown to be scum of the earth towards Frr & shareholders.

If there is an OOCS of which most are thinking on then should hear on that before appeal hearing.

Will add that as Champion mentioned, it is looking very likely that this claim against Hope was justified & big part of it was on stopping Hopeless from not allowing Frr gaining the funding.

Now Hopeless has had his stop on the NY Funding stopped by the judge one month ago then Frr would have/be dealing with the final stages to it.
Frr are now looking like they will be able to move forward in a positive way.

The last injunction that Hope tried on has in end not gone his way of which was on Frr gaining other funding i.e $60M.
Overall though, it is still best on an OOCS that lets Frr move on in a positive way & that is still how it is looking.
As usual though we wait & see.

Reading posts on above under 'news, is looking positive, same as here.
One thing is that the judgement was on news before around early Feb & we are now in mid March. So would think that news has obviously moved on, so let's hope on some good news over coming weeks, before the appeal in late April.

Senior secured basis.

Above is what is said in the finance Rns.

Just checked funding Rns in December & it does say that it would be on a delayed secured basis.
So as mentioned cannot see how Hope can try & stop it & it defintely seems the judge feels the same.

On the $60M funding I think that it was delayed for it to be ahead of the LNotes.
So if I am right then there would not be any reason for Hope to try & feck it up.

One thing, is that on Frr having a stronger position then the judge originally thought then would still hope on an OOCS & then have Frr move positively forward.
Overall the judge, does still seem to believe that the above, is the best way for this to be sorted out.

Will add though will only know for sure, once this appeal has happened.

If you read Keni post on this thread about paragraph from Aussies post then it shows that Frr might be in a stronger position then 1st thought.

It does seem to be say what you mention & on Frr going this far, let's hope on that being right.

Would seriously hope that by now Frr have gained the funding & some of it can be used for this feck.. g mess.

As previously mentioned feel that on any offer by Frr, if felt fair by judge then Hope would have to very likely accept it.

Thanks for that post, as it reminds me fully of reason why Frr should still come out other side in a reasonable way. Maybe even in a good way, if part of the $60fund is being used.

Let's hope on judgement concerning stay of proceedings, is filed this week & confirms both are in talks.
