Evidence from discovery might have made Frr's case stronger & if it has then I would think Frr would use that on an OOCS.

There is still the documents from discovery that might change on how the judge was thinking on this when he wrote his thoughts on the December hearing.

Overall on this being sorted through an OOCS. Would seriously think that it is the judge will be the one who will decide on whether any offer by Frr is fair.

Once the court case/OOCS is completed then would think that re-listing would not take more than a few months & would hope as all holders would that on the re-listing happening positive news would come through on BP & BHG. On the $60M funding that would probably be out in the open already, as it would very likely be needed for the OOCS of which is hopefully, is how this goes.

As usual a wait & see on above.

The vendors are key here - and in my view this has long been the case. So in 2017 the headroom was in part to cover then vendor debt - but was never actually used (they had 1.5 billion spare). So what sort of vendor is so un-phased by carrying this level of unsecured debt - and then dramatically increasing it in HY1 2018 - despite the dire finances?

Presumably one that had great faith in the asset and perhaps also great faith in the management team (if they didn’t why carry on supporting). Am convinced Baker Hughes is a major vendor here - and of course they are a key partner to BP in many world locations.

We are not even spectator at the moment - the game is playing behind closed doors!

On a fund raise with sp @ 2p or more & have it @ a premium to sp at the time then that would be ok.
Anyway at the moment still need on seeing Frr coming through the mess 1st then start seriously thinking on a very positive future.

After all this crap that holders have been put through of which some probably not preventable would not see that a fund raise will be needed.
Especially for reasons made by 5p.

As mentioned previously, it is very likely the judge who would decide whether or not $20M, is a fair offer.

There is still a chance on that the documents/info from the discovery have come up with evidence against Hope.

£1.6M is probably thought of as on the cheap, so think all would be ok with that. Especially as believe BP would take up the $400M+ tax relief up.

One thing is that as the talks with the NY fund have been in progress for very likely 3/4 months then would think that they are near on completed, if not already. The same would also apply to BHG & BP.

Overall though it is still a case of wait & see.

On this coming to an OOCS then it will be the judge who would more then likely decide on what sort of payment would be fair not Frr or Hope.

So as the LNotes was gained by Outrider for around the $4M mark then if Frr offered around $20M as full payment then would think the judge would think on that be a fair offer.

What else would the waste of space on ii say.
