The main thing for Frr/shareholders at moment, is not re-listing, but coming through the court case intact of which going on what the judge has said, is looking positive.

Generally that is what is said in an Rns on a de-list. Overall thought it was mentioned that Frr have the intention to re-list.
In end same as on everything, it is time that will give the full answer.
Will add that at moment though only thing worth thinking on is Frr coming through this of which at the moment things are pointing towards they will.

Overall Regdik has mentioned that he used to work in the industry a while back & think it was for BP. So personally I take note of anything he posts, including on that BP had been around Frr for approx 1yr & that BHG had not laid down their tools.
Will say though it is up to each individual on whether they do the same, as I have mentioned above.

Would think that the 97% is just them trying on starting off in a strong position, but if anything does go over then would be a reasonable bit lower then that.
Overall though only thing thinking on at moment, is kicking Hopeless off BOD & Frr moving forward.
As usual though, time will give answer.

Did the judge not indicate in one of his write ups that he saw Frr's assets was something worth having.
On his last write up he also showed that his thoughts on this case was now definitely in Frr's favour.
So obviously I wished this never needed to happen, but that a good bit of why it has was down to Hopeless trying on f.c.k.ing up Frr
So at this point would say it is looking much better then it did at start of year.

Anybody who so called truly believes Frr are gone of which I am not one. Would say try offload shares to the shorters.

There also was the amendment of the summons by Frr on Wednesday just gone.
So either Frr taking off main claim due to OOCS or Frr adding something of which would think unlikely. If that was the case though then that would suggest Frr are going for full hearing.
Let's hope that the speculation can stop very soon, as official news comes through.

Dont know anything about this bloke, but one thing is that obviously him making any positive comments on Frr would would not make any difference on the situation at the moment.

Over main thing, is that Frr not listed for anything of which I believe increases chances that they have settle.
Still though need official confirmation for above, if that is the case.
