Overall what Earsbern posted, below only 1/2hr a go, as long as Frr have done well at the Caymans court then they should be able to properly start moving forward with work on the ground & by doing well, mean that the funding, is now back on track & Hope can no longer try & f.c.k. up Frr.
So we still need something from the judge to confirm that things are looking good for Frr.

Let's hope that the new case doesn't delay the company's progress towards commercialisation. I can't see why it should - a successful result in the Caymans should be enough to allow contracts to be signed and business to move forward shouldn't it? Oh, I do hope so.

On the cliam that is going at the moment, it is for $58M, but would think that on Frr going for a trial with a jury then that becomes much bigger & worse for Hopeless.

On Frr making good you can visit the judge and offer him a good time.

On what we know Frr had very likely sorted this through NY Funding, but Hopeless stopped it & that is what the claim is about.

On the fact judge had seen that Hopeless had tried on pulling a fast one over the injunction on the NY Funding then that shows Hopeless was not working in Frr's interests. Especially as on security side that was delayed.

Will add that at moment with the judge it is now more in Frr's favour.

What you mention is on 1st judgement, since the the judge has seen Hopeless & his legal lot had good winked him on the NY Funding.

Obviously something along those lines is possible, but still would go with an OOCS being the decider.

Cannot believe, some still harping on about re-listing. At least wait until we have confirmation that Frr, is moving forward in a positive way.
I will say that I would much prefer re-listing, but if not on Frr going the way in which it is possible with BP, BHG & funding then there is still.£s that can be made through dividends.

At moment only thing I think on & sure many others as well, is Frr coming through this with Hopeless in a positive way of which, is looking likely.

On this re-listing, if Frr confirm BP & other 2 mentioned then sp would be a good bit higher.
My only thoughts & sure many at the moment, is on Frr making good on this problem at the moment.

Tax allowance would not be the one that is used for work.

If shares opened up say higher then was bought at then you can put them back into an is a, but not as many that came out & into this tax yrs allowance would have to be used.

As the court has not given anything on above, but have already listed this again then would think as SB on ii that there is a link between the amendment of summons & this next hearing.
So any write up just might show reason for amendment was to take off main part of claim, so OOCS can be signed off by both parties.
