All we can hope on regarding any info that will tell us what exactly Caymans has achieved has to come from there. So let's hope on something over next few days.

Agree that a trial by jury does put a good deal more pressure on Hopeless, as any payment from Hopeless/Outrider can be much more then the $58M in original Caymans & some sort of chance he could end up with his bed & breakfast being paid behind bars.

It is Frr taking Hopeless/Outrider over there & as Daniel has mentioned at moment generally going along same lines as Caymans.

The case at above must now have come to some sort of conclusion, as mentioned previously.
So there is no reason why something from the Caymans cannot be released & explain what the f.c.k. is happening & once that is done I want something from Frr.

Frr have a few top lawyers & would say same applies to them, if not more.

Just noticed that these documents are for the California case.

So as usual, lets hope that we get something back from the Caymens very soon & it is positive.

On some of great info found by our the investigators, including Oopsi one & last judges write up.
At moment the above points towards a positive outcome for Frr.
Overall we still need something official to confirm, if that is right.

Considering Caymens & California cases are about one thing & that is Georgia then would think that will be the main top for a while yet.

One other way this might go, is that Frr have made an offer through the NY funding to Hopeless & as long as the Caymens judge thinks it is fair then whether Hopeless accepts it has near on/completely been taken out of his hands.
So on the above scenirio then Frr can still go ahead with the California case.

It might be the case that the new case, as already mentioned on here that the Calafornia was to get Hopeless to sign off a deal that he did not think as good as he wanted.
So if above is right then the Calafornia one might be withdrawn.
Overall though we need to see confirmation from the Caymens that has come to a conclusion through a settlemt between both parties then we should properly know what the f.c.k. is happening.
