If Frr do have the $60M funding to hand then I would f.c.k. hope that they just pay this completely off & even then it might be that would still need the judge to tell Hopeless to accept it.

He does seem relaxed & overall think that only way anything in Moldova can move forward, is if Georgia works out for Frr.

As been said earlier the TRO & case by jury both of which the court should give a ruling on sometime sooner then the case management hearing in August. Both of which are very important on Frr coming through this, in a positive way.
So let's hope on something on the above is released in weeks.

On the matter of TRO & whether or not it goes to a jury case then they I think should come sometime sooner then August.

This has just been looked at by a judge only few days ago, so still don't think that it is anything to do with Hopeless having control.
In end, let's see if anything comes up tomorrow.

Will add that Frr lawyers would be straight in court for the TRO & cannot see how any judge could refuse it.

While this case, is still at court would think that Hopeless cannot take control.
Overall though, if it is anything like that then surely Frr would have to release something.

It has been said on this bb that Hopeless might of needed those shares to cover a naked short he had at the time.

I cannot see why the judge could not order the TRO & just give a date when he would look at it again. Especially, as this has only just come under his watch & obviously does not know a great deal about this case.
As mentioned though we have top lawyers on this & they should keep up with keeping the judge up to date with anything going on in the background.

Overall I do think that if Frr offered a fair settlement in the eyes of the judge then he can advise Hopeless that it best he takes it.

On as far as this judge is concerned Frr have got top lawyers in & know a bit on Frr, so would seriously that they know the game much more then any of us.

As you say there are a few reasons or more, but just seems like for some it always has to be a bad one & not a good one.
Overall we have seen latest court docs & by that I do mean latest.
So as usual, it is a wait & see.

On that would say it is slightly more in Frr's favour.

Think somehow it would be a sell off & Hopeless would not think about us for sure.
