The above that Frr filed with the court that we 1st thought had been drafted by the court. I presume that now, is in a way on the back burner with the court until later in the year?

Overall as far as actually having a full hearing on whether or not Hopeless failed his fiduciary duties & his only thoughts was to destroy Frr has not really happened as yet then it does look very clear that he was most definitely not acting in the interests of Frr while on the BOD.
So it now once again is waiting for this all to come together in California, but at the same time there I suppose is still a chance that Hopeless will still be paid off in some way.

One thing is that with the California courts we will not be so much in the dark of which will help all get through this crap.

4/5mths in Caymens does puss me off, but hope that Frr have learnt something from it that will help, in California of which I feel they have.
Hope with vetoe, is f.c.k.ing total stupid, but at same time maybe Frr had no choice.

Agree, as does not look like anything will happen until the case management meet which is end July.
On Caymens cannot see anything coming from there of any significance now.

Let's hope something on Frr will be release next week, as he seems to have been dragging his heels a bit, just lately on Frr.

Overall I would much prefer a re-list of which I also believe will come about.
As mentioned few times though. Main thing, is still on having this confirmed as being sorted of which, is looking likely in Frr's favour.

Considering the dark places we have been over last few months the more take we pay then more £s we get.

Frontera are named 1st which means they have taken Hopeless to court.
In Caymens, it was also Frr taking Hopeless to court, as they are the ones claiming that he has tried on f.c.k.ing up Frr.

In my 10.28 post I briefly say that the document that Frr have filed does come from what was said in chambers through oral arguments by Counsel & follows on with a small list that is also from daniel1s post earlier this morning, but not in my post.

As far as the shorters are concerned though there would be a good bit of crying over the amount of £/$s that they would lose.

Going on the paragraph below from daniel1son post this morning, it does seem to say that the court has heard the oral arguments of counsel. So to me that looks like the draft that Frr have put togeather, comes from what was heard in chambers from the judge.
