Hopes resignation showed on a court document.

Got in pub around 7 & agree that need to see whole document. Even though obviously reads total crap, but think along lines of ODR from about 1hr ago that Hopeless is just trying it on.
Only time will tell & not much of it.

& not many saying anything.
So please the ones we rely on for guidance read the bb.

This is what Hope’s legal team has accused FRR management of trying to do but not sure if this fact or more spurious speculation. Whatever the case, even if they tried to do this, I feel it’s all tactical to bring Hope to a settlement. Clearly, whatever FRR are offering in money, Hope is not agreeing. If there is no money, perhaps they are requesting to reschedule the notes as FRR is very close to operational success but then if that was the case, they should started negotiating with him last year rather than waiting to purposely default. But to be fair, I don’t think there was any chance of a rescheduling as Mssrs Nicandros and Zaza had handed over personal g’tees, 500m shares and pre-signed resignation letters. On Hope’s side, it is evident from his stubbornness by not approving loans last year that he wanted FRR to fail so he could get his hands on the whole Block. But what he hasn’t considered carefully is that even if he succeeds to get his hands on the collateral, the Georgian Govt most likely will step in to take the block back and he will be left with years of legal battles through arbitration hearings to get the Block back.

One can only expect that sense prevails as there is a lot of money and reputations on the line.

At end of day, as mentioned by a few there is absolutely f.c.k. all anybody can do about this crap situation. So there is not much point on losing sleep on it or taking notice of little s.h.i.t.s. like Sweet ******** & some of the little s.h.i.t.s we have come on here occasionally.

The line above, is from December 2018 rns.

So does that not put a delayed seniority to the L/Notes of which I presume that the funding would have been used to deal with Hopeless then it would have had seniority.

I agree that we should not wish on Hopeless losing everything. So let's have him keep £1/$1 in his pocket.

On both of above going Frr's way then fairly sure that Hopeless would know that his chances of things going his way would likely be very low & informed same by his legal team.

Would say there are 2/3 things he is saying is wrong.
At moment though, just need the TRO & see on one of documents Hopeless has to file his objections by 5pm today their time.

On the funding for the security of it to be delayed then on that I would think it cancels out what it seems Hopeless, is saying of which the funding reduces his L/Notes security.

As has been said & that is we need this judge on ordering the TRO & need it urgently.

If Frr do have the $60M funding to hand then I would f.c.k. hope that they just pay this completely off & even then it might be that would still need the judge to tell Hopeless to accept it.
