On the original fiduciary claim, if the judge cannot see that Hopeless has broken those duties then they definitely need new glasses or maybe a brain transplant.

I think it has been mentioned that the $56M claim is not showing on the California one & that might be due to the fact that in USA on this going to a full hearing then on it going Frrs way then they can be awarded way above that figure of which I mean $100s millions.

Overall would defintely not take notice from Advn, but do need confirmation on this.

Reason for there being 1000 pages to Hopeless Defence on the TRO, is likely to delay the judge as long as possible making a decision on it.

Best news for a good while, so now we need the judge to give Frr the TRO.

Would hope that we hear something positive on the TRO by Friday night/Saturday morning & then things will be moving positiverly forward for Frr.

Will add that if something along those lines is right then would hope that ZM & SN would seriously think about getting some good production going a.s.a.p.

Would think that they still have Moldova & Ukraine in their minds. So maybe reasonable bit of the funding would go over to both of them.

At this point that I seriously think will not happen, as it would weaken Frr even more.
