I assume news must be very close as the board has filled with utterly ridiculous comments the past few days.

How anyone can short this with the position it's in is beyond me.

I actually believe the board's reasoning, it makes sense to sell for tax purposes.

The short position disclosure could definitely be triggered by the recent share buybacks. I don't understand why one company has decided to have a short open unless it's a hedge against something.

Every miserable calculation I do results in a NAV significantly north of here.
