It baffles me why brexit believers keep posting on here except to amuse themselves trolling. Beneficiaries of the referendum result are the ultra wealthy, the sort of folk who have better resources than LSE to spend time on. The rest of us, as riskingit tells us, are just going to have to suck it up and make the best we can of a lousy job under a government of greedy incompetents.

..was ramping these on my newsfeed. A bit worrying when they do that but the stock was already on my wish-list so I topped up today anyhow.

So did I last week but I still think this is a good price to buy at.

Irrespective of Virolens, the price is right for a top up and so that is what I have done. I took profits when the price spiked so if there is another rise I may do so again or I may not. This stock has been good to me so far.

Got 4k more in at 151.38. My last buy in was 143 so not too bad. I am happy to hang on and have some ISA allowance left for later.

Once it was my only stock, then it was my largest holding, now it is easily my smallest holding, soon I will be out altogether.

There are some good options out there, paying dividends as well as increasing their share price.

If that is so then can my investment be protected by the FSCS please? Backdated of course.

They didn't maintain their dividend. LGEN did and so I have largely jumped ship keeping a small stake in AV.

Yes it is a British company but it has a very considerable proportion of investment outside the UK. So I hope it can weather Brexit changes and has taken steps to do so. Obviously no sensibly run company would reveal too much in today's political dogfight.

It's possible the price reflects the chance of no deal Brexit?

Are Av. dancing to some political tune? Are these investments in infrastructure soundly analysed with the costs and benefits realistically calculated? Is it business or politics?
