POWER Ukraine doesn't want a negotiating position they want the Russian's out their country. All of it. Still a strong balance sheet, access to the European markets, Ukrainian reconstruction, take over or merger prospects, sound management, a rebound in the global economy, a rebound in commodity prices. £5 a share is more like fair value within the next year.
