You could have said just three words: I don’t know. Canmax could’ve called the debt today as you say, but they didn’t, they just maintained 13.8%. That tells you everything. Well, actually it doesn’t, because you don’t know anything. According to you Prem would cease to exist on April 1st. Here we are September 2nd. You couldn’t make it up! Oh wait you do…

Canmax converting interest into shares isn’t dilution in the normal sense, it’s simply them exercising their contractual right to keep their stake at 13.8%. This is exactly what the agreement provides for,

and exactly what has happened, today’s RNS shows they remain committed as our partner. Strong sign of ongoing support for PREM’s future

Onto the important bit, I completely agree with you, PREM is in the strongest position it’s ever been. The Glencore talks are a game changer, and the current set-up looks like it could deliver serious gains. At these levels the downside is minimal, but the upside potential is massive, this could easily be the run that surprises everyone

Boom! Absolute game-changer RNS. Zulu is now commissioned and running, confirmed by OEM, Zulu and ENPROTEC. Saleable concentrate achieved repeatedly, up to 6.2% Li2O, with optimisation now the focus

That’s the transition we’ve all been waiting for, from commissioning into refining and optimising. Add in the looming offtake talks, rising spodumene prices, and this is set up for a massive rerate

Not bad for a company that so many on here were saying wouldn’t even exist post April 1

Addressed by who exactly, and what’s your plan for getting these issues dealt with, does it involve another police report like last time?

Yes we know all this. It’s detailed in RNS’s & in Stockbox interviews. It’s all public. What’s actually happening at the moment, the company with the help of OEM engineers are in the process of resolving these problems. When they do, funding will be much more favourable. We know funds are needed, it’s not a secret. No, it’s not ideal but it is where we are right now. So again, why don’t we just leave them to it and wait for the outcome of the optimisation. News could drop any day

My investment doesn’t need salvaging. I invested in Prem many years ago at rock bottom & sold at 1p. As I’ve already stated in a previous post, I am currently holding 200 million and 114% up. I see potential for huge upside here otherwise I wouldn’t be here
