I didn’t see anything in the RNS indicating that PREM would be contributing to any legal fees. Did you?

Since PREM’s involvement is through its interest in Vortex, it seems more likely that Vortex would bear its own legal costs. PREM may only be indirectly affected based on its interest in Vortex and any potential financial outcomes from the dispute. It might be a good idea to consult PREM’s legal advisors for more clarity, which I haven’t done myself. However, after reading your post, I assume you’ve already done this. Can you confirm?

That said, I don’t actually think any PREM shareholders are particularly concerned about Circum right now

I remember that moment clearly, it was a major misstep, though not the biggest. The real missed opportunity was not raising £20 million at 1p. To this day, it’s hard to understand why that chance wasn’t taken

At the time, with roughly 26 billion shares in circulation, raising £20 million at 1p would’ve meant just a 7.14% dilution, an additional 2 billion shares. In hindsight, it was a small price for long-term stability

Instead, the path George took led to a share count rising by nearly 78.73%, now sitting at approximately 46 billion. During that same period, the share price has dropped around 96.9%

And yet despite everything, George remains CEO. But there’s a silver lining - it seems the reins have finally been taken from his hands, and with that, a new direction may now be possible

The fact is, this either gets resolved with a deal, or it doesn’t. No amount of rehashing changes that. We’ll all find out how it ends soon enough

Today’s volume was minimal, with only about 0.78% of the shares changing hands. A solid price increase on such tiny volume is a positive sign

That said, the company is still priced as though it’s destined to fail, and I think we all recognise that. But on the flip side, if a deal does come through, we also know how quickly this can move.

Canmax is in control now, and they don’t do sentiment, they do results. They could have let Prem fail months ago, but they chose not to so they clearly want something out of this. SC6

If a deal lands, this flies, simple. The setup is there for a serious rerate, and you know how fast this can move. If it doesn’t? Then George is out of the game, back to RHA with no cash and no way back. He’s done

Regarding funding, dismissing the possibility of securing financing outright is premature. Investments require due diligence. The claim that due diligence will fail is pure speculation, not fact.

A key point often overlooked is CANMAX, despite concerns has not called in its debt, which strongly suggests they still see value in PREM. If they had no confidence in the company’s future, they would have taken action by now. Instead, they remain engaged, which indicates a willingness to see how things unfold.

Investments always carry risks, but assuming no investor would consider PREM ignores realities. The demand for lithium remains strong, and financing solutions whether through restructuring, partnerships, or new investment are still possible.

Skepticism is fine, but presenting a one-sided negative view without acknowledging key facts like CANMAX’s ongoing position doesn’t reflect the full picture.

It sure was. George looked wrecked. I’d like to have some sympathy for him but cannot anymore. He has though, as expected done extremely well to keep Prem on AIM and somehow Canmax somewhat loyal. Actually it’s incredible all things considered. He sure is a fighter and that cannot be taken away.

I have a fair chunk in here once again, and will be leaving it in to see where we go. You have to be in it to win it. Or lose the lot. The reward for me outweighs the risk by some margin.

This feels like pre EPO type of rise coming again, the brave could once again make some massive gains here, place your bets.

This for me is now a gamble, but the rewards as before will be incredible should George secure a JV or an additional offtake.

Do I see 1p again? No, not anytime

soon. There has been a near 50% dilution since the days of 1p. I’d hope for 0.1 pre production and anything close to .4 on success and proof of S 5.5- SC6.

Dreaming? Maybe, but George for all his faults has a history of somehow pulling a rabbit out of the hat last minute.
