I sold out on the previous RNS where the retail offer failed. Raising funds here now is going to be problematic. I may be back for another bite if they manage to get the funds for the test run and or the second flotation plant. Disappointed George didn’t dip into his own pocket! Feel it’s the least he could do regardless of how much he claims to have put in so far.

Agreed. I’ve always thought that George should have stumped up for this out of his own pocket. If he is that sure of the reagent and or the second floatation module. Sentiment would have been very different and it would have been the right thing to do regardless.

Is anyone else with Halifax share dealing? I didn’t receive a corporate notification which is odd. I assume the broker made an absolute hash this so it’s no surprise there was little uptake.

I agree with you that George would have needed to provide sufficient evidence to the NOMAD to support his last RNS. The fact that he was successful in doing so is encouraging.

CANMAX's continued involvement demonstrates their commitment to the success of this project. They have had ample opportunities to halt this anytime, yet they have chosen not to.

This, along with their willingness to assist in successful production, suggests strong support from CANMAX.

Based on this positive outlook, I have also loaded up in the last trading days.

Good of you to admit.

I don’t know, one would assume he thought finance would have been sorted in time. As I said, I’d rather wait for the right finance deal than rush into something that’s detrimental to shareholders.

We will all find out together, I’d guess we are close to something being announced though. News cannot be far off now.

In the interview George didn’t say it would be. He said he hoped it would and that was the target. I’d rather wait for the right funding and the test be a few weeks down the line.

The will commence approximately 1 week after funding. I asked George over the weekend via an email.

As we’ve had no RNS about funding, the test won’t be happening this week for sure. Just wait for the funding RNS and a week later all being well the test run can be started. Then we await test results.

There’s a possibility that the reagent modifications will work, either fully or partially. If they don’t, we’re told a proven flotation plant module will be on its way to ZULU. All is not lost - at least not yet.

It is all very confusing isn’t it! I’m certain though George in the stockbox yesterday said that all CANMAX are currently owed is the prepayment and 10m usd in interest payments. He has been saying for a while that the penalties weren’t amounting. Are we certain either way?

I remember clearly watching a stock box with Mark where George stated there is no $4m a month to CANMAX.
