Spod was ~5000 then, it's ~2200 now. So the equivalent would be ~$88m.

That's ~22x from where we are. Even if there is full dilution (conservative) we're looking at ~7/8x from here.

Bullishy on the other hand, spod is in an upward trend , Tantalum is in high demand, and so is Tungsten.

The bitters harp on about legacy issues while Graham quietly gets on with delivering. :)

Canmax are fine letting PREM sort out Zulu themselves. It is there prerogative to not provide further funding due to issues with prior individuals. Graham will have to remedy that frosty relationship. Which he already is I might add, evidenced by an extended long stop with no concessions.

Do I think the mcap will drop when he spends £1m ? No not really. I think once we hear official confirmation the plant is on the way the mcap will increase.

Glass houses. The outlook is pretty positive from my view whereas according to you bailiffs had stripped the mine and Canmax were taking it for pennies.

A non dilutive option was and is preferable. I don't have rose tinted glasses though, just saying what I know. 100% offtake is tied up to Canmax so options are limited as to what can be offered to interested parties. And Canmax won't put in anymore funds due to there legacy issues with the prior CEO. So here we are.

As far as what's next and where we go.... well it gets interesting. I wonder what narrative you'll pivot to when we see the plant is en route.

I would question what you think changed and why Canmax didn't call in the debt. Why do you think they would extend the longstop without any concessions?

The tantalum circuit relies on the rest of the plant being operational. The delays to the plant are well documented which everyone knows. It is that simple.

Now please, got the third time of asking, you were so definitive and adamant that Canmax would call in there debt. They had no interest in extending. There was no reason they would. That PREM would be delisted and shareholders on 1st will have lost everything. Even claiming that Zulu would be owned by Canmax for pennies.

Why did they extend. And why was it for Zero concessions?

"There's plenty more examples" Are there? Please post them all. Contemporaneously all of that was correct. The situation develops. Now do the same for your claims. How many times have you claimed administration? Why did Canmax extend the long stop for no concession?

Glencore are very much still in the picture. You or anyone can verify that quite easily if you wish to do so with Graham. Maybe you should.

Glencore have their own requirements and factors to consider, but they are sitting in the wings patiently. You or anyone can quite easily verify that with directly with Graham (unless you don't want to hear the answer from the zebras mouth).

Now, in return, please tell why you were so adamant that at 31st Jan the lights would go off? Not only did Canmax extend (as many predicted), they did so with zero concessions.

I used to think you were shorting. But you wouldve closed and moved on. I now realise it is personal which is unfortunate. Nothing you can say will stop the progression at Zulu. The risk that was their just weeks ago has been mitigated, extending the longstop and now the rise in spodumene seen to that.

Graham hasn't done a placing because Graham doesn't want to do a placing.

Very simply, it has been less than a fortnight since the longstop was extended. Conversations with outside Investors are happening now and the steep increase in spodumene prices just make it all the more compelling.

But these discussions will not be finalised overnight and need time to play out. Nothing you say positive or negative will change that.

The bleeding has stemmed.

There is outside interest looking to fund this. And the price of spodumene is accelerating those conversations.

The fact that you do not understand the difference between a primary charge and an equal charge is is the simple reason why you do not understand why Canmax will come to a revised agreement and not call in the debt at this juncture.

The plant going into production at a particular time is a subjective matter and based contemporaneous knowledge, hence me using the phrase 'I believe...'.

A contract signed and already in effect is an objective matter, and the terms are what they are no matter how much you state otherwise.

And Canmax have 'a' charge on zulu, not a 'primary', charge. A subtle yet significant difference.

You quote the RNS of August 2023, but that is not the latest version of prepayment agreement is.
