RE: RNS review and share price thoughts24 Aug 2023 15:02
Jag, whilst all points are undoubtedly true, it lacks context.
The plant isn't working as of today - but the fixes are known and are being mitigated. The remaining fix (mill) is on site and the final components on route. Do you think once that is fitted and up and running it still won't be producing?
The RUS necessity is also overstated imo. Numerous assays have been released in RNSs, doesn't make them any less true because they are not in the format of an RUS. Sure it will be positive to have that released and with good numbers, but not having it doesn't change too, - for now.
Finally and specifically why I think the share price should be higher, aside from the medium/long term potential - is in the worst case scenario if repayment isn't made to Canmax and they take a stake in ZULU, the valuation on that is $200m.
Thats just ZULU, and that valuation is quite a bit higher than PREMs mcap right now. Then add on to that the $35m Plant + wider EPO etc, and can you see why many think this is undervalued.
