Perhaps, as the sorters (as we know “aren’t fit for purpose”) the plant operators selected a few tonne of ore and that’s what was sent to run through the plant?

Let’s be clear, if Zulu (Canmax) require paperwork for the EPO claims do you seriously think it will not be granted? Considering the money that China is pumping into Zimbabwe and that’s before we even consider GLEN / RIO influence

100 percent with you. GH was not brought in to preside over the failure of Zulu or to supervise the collapse of PREM

As Gold Duck said, the rot has stopped. The long stop has moved, funding is in place for a second proven flotation plant, and there is a new captain running the ship

Canmax remain fully supportive, with GLEN patiently in the background and ready to move when the time is right

This is not just about Zulu producing. It is about unlocking the wider EPO area

Despite the enormous efforts of some on here, PREM will still be here in 12 months time and it will not be sitting on a £3m market cap

from 1 November 2023 to 30 May 2024 Canmax will receive 25% of all gross proceeds due to PREM from the sale of product.

And then from 1 June 2024 and until the Advance Purchase Amount plus accrued interest has been settled, Canmax will receive 50% of all gross proceeds

Can anyone answer if these amendments in the revised agreement regarding ( 1) minimum supply 2) profit sharing 3) right to acquire first 3 years of SC6) are still valid?

1) Minimum supply of 1,000 tons per month on a rolling average basis, calculated on a plus or minus 10%

2) A revised hybrid pricing agreement with the payment for SC6 supplied by Premier based on the SC6 price, and a profit share whereby Premier and Canmax will share in the profit from production by Canmax of Lithium Hydroxide from SC6 supplied by Premier

3) Canmax continues to have the right to acquire the first three years of production of SC6, years which only start when PREM gets up to 4,000tpm. This term can be extended by a further three years subject to mutual agreement between the parties

Under the original offtake/prepayment agreement (August 2023), Prem committed to deliver 48,000 tonnes of spodumene concentrate to Canmax

According to a fairly recent Stockbox interview, the secondary flotation plant that PREM is acquiring was at the time located in Harare, Zimbabwe

That’s around 900km from Zulu, so a few days transportation assuming it was not sold to another company

In the recent StockBox interview, Graham Hill stated very clearly that the plant manufacturer will be supplying their own engineers on site to assist with assembly, commissioning, and optimisation of the secondary flotation circuit

This is not PREM figuring it out as they go. It’s a vendor supported install by people who build these plants, on civils that are already complete

• US$400k due to Goddards for the initial settlement payment, per RNS

• US$500k outstanding balance for the Chinese flotation plant, per AGM RNS

• Civils already completed months ago and therefore not part of that US$500k

• Various creditors and historic liabilities settled via share issuance, not cash

Converting the £1m raise, this funding does cover:

• The Goddards initial payment

• The remaining flotation plant balance

• Leaving roughly US$370k still available for installation, commissioning, and near-term operating costs
